Liked: Great location, short walking distance to beach! Big lockers for all of your things. Make sure you visit the 24hr bakery up the road while you're staying there...just like this hostel it won't dissapoint! Staff were really helpful and ferry bookings can be made at the hostel.

Disliked: nothing.

Liked: Very close to the beach, the restaurant across the street was fantastic, the markets were close by and open often, the bakery was a great cheap place to eat and the ATM was just down the street. It was convenient to stay there because all the stuff you need was right around the corner.

Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: Close to the beach. The girl with red hair was really helpful and friendly. Even when we complained so much about the airconditioning- she was great! We stayed in a 4 bed dorm and for the price I would definitely choose this over the 10 bed dorms, we had friends in the bigger dorms and they weren't too happy with them. Our room was great though! 2 Euro gyros next door- can't go wrong!! The day trip we did was great too!!

Disliked: The airconditioning is turned on at night by the staff and then off again early morning. It would be much better if the people staying there could control it because we bothered the girl so much about it! The first night was absolutely boiling, the second night was freezing, then we discovered maybe 26 degrees was perfect for us so we were right!! But it really is a pain. I understand they're trying to save energy, they could maybe just make sure they aren't on during the day. Other than that....great!!!

Liked: Right by the beach. Had free lockers and free wifi. There was a fridge to store food but nothing else. Bathrooms were decent. Met some awesome people there. Free pick-up and drop-off from the port.

Disliked: Had no kitchen.

Liked: The location is great. Only 5/10 min. walk to Parisa beach. Also, the restaurant across the street you 15% off and it's really good.

Liked: price is good.

Disliked: price is good, but bus ticket is so expensive. When I went to OIA, I have to pay 4times.....almost 10euro....

Liked: cheap and a very good location. there are three supermarkets and a delicious bakery all within a two minute walk as well as several restaurants. its about five minutes from perissa beach which was my favorite beach on the island and has some more bars and restaurants along it. the hostel has a nice patio where you can hang out, eat, drink, etc. the lockers in the rooms were big and the rooms themselves had plenty of space.

Disliked: the showers were pretty gross. the staff was sometimes rude. no soap in the bathrooms

Liked: It's very close to the beach, near cheap scooter and ATV rental places. Staff members are super nice and helpful. Facility is very clean. Big lockers are provided per person.

Liked: The private twin rooms were great, they were situated just up the road from the hostel in a little hotel with private pool. Rooms had air con and fridge. 4 bed dorm rooms were also good. Lockers in room and ensuite bathroom. The Astra cae across road is great value for food and friendly staff. Would def stay there again.

Disliked: It was fine

Liked: Near the beach and possibility to book tours right at reception

Disliked: Reception is closed in between 2 and 6pm and shuts at 10pm at night as well

Liked: free shuttle from the port, so close to the beach. staff are very helpful, will explain anything to you. lots of things to do (tours etc). close to supermarkets, laundry, money exchange and lots of great beach cafes.

Disliked: it´s a little bit far from Fira (the main town) - you have to take a bus and they can get pretty crowded. thankfully they are air-conditioned.

Liked: Price...

Disliked: This Hostel does not have Kitchen, pool, and common area. It is in a very far location and not beautiful at all. The transportation is Expensive 2.80E each way and you will need 2 ways to get to IOA, the most beautiful part of the island. That means 10E to go and them came back. It is in front a very busy and noise street. The staff pick you up in the port BUT in your check out they MAY take you to the port!!! We had to take a bus at 4:20am arriving in the port at 5:30am in order to take the 8:40am boat.. We do NOT recommend.....

Liked: I really like the style of the hostel, balconies everywhere, the room even had air con. It's nice and modern and not very far from the beach. The 4 bed dorm was great. You can get a discount at the restaurant across the road also.

Liked: It's right near the beach and lots of different places to eat. It's also a really good value.

Liked: It was perfect for us and the right price. Everyone was friendly and the free shuttle to the hostel from the port was so helpful. The area is really lovely with nice perissa beach and lots of places to rent scooters and ATVs to roam the island.

Disliked: All wonderful.

Liked: The dorms were large and clean, with good aircon.

Disliked: The bathrooms were dirty and smelt. Also, being on a main road meant it was really noisy outside (in the only common area).

Liked: Helpful Staff. Really close to Perissa Beach, a few mins walk. Atlas bar across the road is the greatest place to spend the evenings, made lots of friends there. They organise a full day tour for 25 euro which was brilliant. Clean rooms. Laundry a few doors down. Great price especially the 4 bed dorms.

Disliked: They don't offer breakfast at all. Shower leaked quite a a lot. Not much atmosphere but go directly across the road and problem solved!

Liked: i most liked the friendly environment and the diversity of people who stayed there. everyone is so laid back and we (the girls who i traveled with and myself) all had a great time. we were so sad to leave the hostel!

Disliked: the bathrooms and showers were a little dirty

Liked: Friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms, easy to meet people.

Disliked: No kitchen, need more electrical plugs in the rooms. No big deal though

Liked: The lady at the reception was always helpful. The atmosphere is great, the beach is close and you can also have the best pork pitas you'll ever eat for 2€ each at the restaurant just beside the hostel (and the staff is really nice). There is just about everything you need on the same street than the hostel (bakery, laundry, restaurants, supermarket, etc.).

Disliked: The showers and the toilets... I don't know if and when they've been renovated but the aeration is not good. Maybe having them in the basement was not a good idea when it was built.

Liked: Great atmosphere, friendly staff, ideal location if you want the beah. Definitely worth spending the 2 extra euro for the 4 bed as you don't have to walk outside for the shower.

Disliked: nothing of this hostel. My camera got stolen the last day in he city but that would not deter me from goig to santorini again...
