CANCELLATION POLICY Any cancellation within five (5) days in high season July-August and three (3) days rest of season prior to arrival, results in payment of one night. Less stay than agreed results in one more night charges. No show results in full reservation payment. DEPOSIT: 25% of the total amount of reservation as stated in the Greek Tourism Law MAY be charged and is not refundable. In case of weather cancellations and proven flight or boat cancellations, we will not be charging any fees.

About Kykladonisia

With views of the sunrise and a hideout swimming pool, with both dorms and private rooms, this small, cute establishment might is exactly what you’re looking for on our paradise island.

Our property is set in a traditional design, adapted from an old mansion. The central location, quality rooms and quality prices make our hostel a great option!

At check-in, an introduction to the island's best destinations is always presented, followed by a map and our experienced recommendations on sightseeing, beaches, restaurants and tours.

Location Information

We are conveniently close to all banks, taxis and the bus station; with views of the sea at sunrise, this is a perfect choice for everybody. We have 15 rooms, 4 dorms for men and women, lockers, phone, A/C, TV, an internet room (plus Wi-Fi around the premises), a swimming pool and relaxing terraces and balconies. Within this traditional settlement in Fira Town you will be within walking distance to the center in 4 minutes and to the Caldera area in 3 minutes.

Later on at night, the associated ‘Casablanca Soul bar’ brings the top DJs in Santorini (Pasta Boys, Osunlade, Motherfunkers, Christo-Z, Live events and Ethnic bands for this summer to name a few).

Let us know the approximate time of arrival in advance, as the reception is open from 08.00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Should you need to come in late, we can arrange for someone to be here to check you in.

Important information:

No shows or no stay will be charged one night unless clients notify us at least 7 days prior to arrival of the non-show. The hotel reserves the right to charge on a non-show, should the rooms remain empty for the night of arrival and if the guest does not inform the premises on time.

Also note that if clients don’t stay for the night of reservation, the night is charged as a penalty, since the room and/or the bed will remain empty for that night and potential clients have requested it anyway but it is on hold for you.
