A small hotel conveniently located in Parikia, close to the port, town (10 minutes walk) and beaches. Within easy reach of the rest of the island. Air con, TV, fridges, own toilet / shower in all rooms.

Nikos welcomes you to his hotel only 500m from the port and old town of Parikia, Paros. The rooms are private doubles with their own bathroom, AC, fridge, and TVs in all rooms. Air conditioning is included in the price.
We are conveniently located to the port, the town and the beaches of Parikia. Also the rest of the island, the villages of Naousa, Lefkes, Piso Livardi, Aliki are easily reached by bus or bike/car.
We ensure a relaxing stay in our pleasantly decorated hotel. We can share with you our knowledge of the island to make your stay on Paros an enjoyable one. We can tell you of the best beaches and restaurants available.
Rooms are cleaned daily. Linen and towels are provided.
We welcome families with children, a baby cot is available on request.

All our rooms, 18 in total are either single or twin with every room having air conditioning, a fridge, a TV, a balcony or garden and an en suite toilet/shower. The rooms are cleaned daily and linen, blankets and towels are provided.

Location Information

Only 10 minutes walk from the port and centre of Parikia. Ideal for the beaches of Livadia and by boat to Krios. The bus station is near the port and the rest of the island can be reached by bus or why not hire a bike or a car. There are restaurants, bars and cafes within 2 minutes walk of the hotel.
