 the welcoming at the airport. Our room was ready at our arrival and clean; the pension is in a good quite place whit sea view where you can find all you need, swimmingpool, bar, beach, rent scooter and not far from mykonos.

Mama's Pension is run by a lovely German lady, Christine. She picked us up from the port and she took us to the airport. She gave us precious tips about the islands, places to see etc.
The place towers over Aghios Stephanos (Saint Stephen) beach. It's a lovely pension in typical Greek style. The rooms are clean and airy, and from the balconies you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the island. Next to the pension there are a swimming pool (kind of a useless facility in a place where the sea is marvellous, though) a mini market and a lovely restaurant that offers delicious Greek food. To reach the beach in Aghios Stephanos you only need to go down a flight of steps and there you are.
If you want to go to Mikonos Town (Chora) you can take the bus from the bus stop next to the beach and it only takes 5 minutes to reach town. Also, you can rent a motorbike to visit the entire island.
All in all, a lovely pension!

Christina is a very available person, neighbourly and so kind. She collected me from airport to Mamas pension, and from this moment start my beatiful holiday in Mykonos. Most cheap price in Mykonos. Recommended. Thomas from Italy

Great location. Quite... yet only 2 min on the bike down to the main centre. Christina was so nice and accommadating she makes you feel right at home.
There is something about Christina, she is very special... You MUST experience Mama's pension... better than a hotel experience I think!

Christina was extremely informative of the sites to see and the bus system of Mykonos. She offered to drive us into Mykonos town if she was going in.

Christina was a wonderful help. She was very accommodating, anything we need she tried to help us with. You really feel like you are staying at a relatives house, makes you feel just at home.

Kristina was an awesome hostess. The rooms were clean and lovely, with a balcony and great views of the beach. The beach was right outside. There was a breakfast for 5 EU each day and a restaurant adjacent.

christina who runs the pension for mamma and pappa is amazing, very friendly and really helpful. the pension is only 5 mins walk to a beautiful beach plus close to a home cooking greek resaurant and also a moped hire and food store is right next door. rooms were great especially the ones with a sea view. it is only a 10min bus ride too to the centre of mykonos town and the clubs. definitely recommended.

What's not to like,as with all the other reviews we have read Christina is the most amazing help we've ever had and is truely enthusiastic about her "home", island and people,a true gem and if you take into consideration the rates it is great value for money.. Comments from other reviews was accurate we would recommend staying there in a heartbeat.

Christina was SOOO welcoming, nice and helpful! and the hostel provided everything we needed--the amenities were great! i loved the location and our rooms were very comfortable! there is not one negatvie thing i can say about mama's!
