 A taxi from downtown to this hostel only costs about 4 or 5€, don't waste time waiting for the bus (1 bus/hour). Our room should be cheaper, other rooms have ocean view or at least hillview, our room's door was blocked by a big wall and our balcony looked right out to the owners' house and windows :(. My friends paid the same price and got the ocean view room with amazing view of the sea and the hill.

Christina and the Mama and the Papa are extremely helpful and kind. They run the place very well and are very good at making sure their guests spend a most enjoyable stay in Mykonos. They recommend beaches, car rental places, things to do, restaurants, etc. They will drive you to and from the port. The house is very charming and located in a beautiful and quiet area. By moped it takes about 5-10 minutes to get to Hora. Agios Stefanos beach, where the hostel is, is absolutely magnificent, calm, the water is crystal clear, and we found it MUCH more enjoyable than the party beaches on the South Coast. I would highly recommend Agios Stefanos.

This is the best hostel I've ever been to! The rooms are so spacious and bright, the sea view is awesome and the staff is SO friendly!

If you got to Mykonos, you HAVE to stay here. This place is amazing, as is the extremely hospitable staff.

the staff is amazing, the nicest people ive ever met. the rooms were nice and clean. its a quiet place and on a quiet but pretty beach. about 5 mins from town and 25 mins from the party beaches.

The family that runst the hotel is absolutely amazing. Kristina was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is beautiful, although a good 5 minute cab ride from downtown.

The owner was super nice and came and picked us up at the port- she also offered to take us into town which we could have walked its not far at all, i felt like i was at home

The view from our room was amazing. An incredible value. She picked us up at the port and drove us to the pension also dropped us off when it was time to leave. Very nice and helpful. Definitely stay here if you are coming to Mykonos.

Mama's was in a more secluded area of Mykonos and the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgable. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Owner picked us from the ferry at 3am, was very helpful and friendly. Just like a mother :) BRILLIANT! I would highly recommend this as a place to stay and will definitely be back.

Christina picks you up from the port no matter what time you arrive with a smile and makes you feel welcome. The rooms are clean and have air con. Excellent views and a lovely beach at the bottom of some killer stairs!!!

Mama's Pension has satellite TV, breakfast, many conveniences very near/ next door: corner store, scooter rental, great swimming pool next door. Most important, Christina, Mama, and the whole family are warm, helpful, and were great hosts for my whole stay on Mykonos. It's great for families and couples, as the rooms are spacious, and the beach is not far at all.

Christina does an excellent job of picking people up at the port when they arrive and dropping them off when they leave. She is also very good at making sure everything at the hostel runs smoothly.

This was one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They were really willing to go out of their way to help me out with whatever I needed. Awesome place...
