Overview

Our wish to offer a different holiday option, led us to create a new chapter in the hospitality industry: a real village spread over an area of 20.000 square meters of enchanting natural environment – free of any essential intervention – in Mastichari of Kos island.

Our village's name is Seagull’s Bay. The name was inspired by our beach which is embraced by seashell rocks and serves as a shelter for seagulls.
The philosophy of our creation is for the resident of this village to feel the atmosphere of a village, to live and savour nature.

Our installations are comprised of:
*18 Apartments
*18 Maisonettes
*The swimming pool
*The restaurant
*The bar
*The massage and aromatherapy facility
*Fitness centre

Cancellation policy:
*During Low Season (May-June & September -October) in case of cancellation 24 hours prior to arrival 1 night cancellation fee will be charged.
*During High Season (July -August) in case of cancellation 3 days prior to arrival 1night cancellation fee will be charged
*In case of Non Show 50% of the entire stay will be charged
*In case of unscheduled departure 50% of the entire remaining stay will be charged

Children's Reductions:
*Children up to 4 yrs old are free of charge either in Apartment or in Maisonette.
*Children 4-12 yrs old will be charged with 10 Euro per night for extra bed in parents room
*Children 4-12 yrs old as 5th or 6th in Maisonette are free of charge

Accommodation Information

The village has 18 ground floor apartments of 55 square meters each and 18 maisonettes of 85 square meters that occupy the 2nd and the 3rd floor of each house, each having an independent entrance. Access between floors is provided by an internal staircase. Each loft has the capacity of accommodating 4 to 5 persons and is uniquely decorated. Each apartment has the capacity to accommodate 2 to 3 persons.

The village is located about 4 km from Mastichari, 4 km from Antimachia, 5 km from the airport and 26 km from the town of Kos.

The Hotel's Policy for 2009 is: Cancellation policy: During Low (09/01-31/05/09 & 01/10-20/12/09 ) & Middle Season( 01/06-30/06/09 & 01/09-30/09/09) 24 hours prior to arrival or non-show 1 night cancellation fees will apply in case of cancellation. During High Season(01/07/09-31/08/09) 5 days prior to arrival or non show, 2 nights cancellation fee will apply in case of cancellation.
