There are frequent ferry services which run from Pireas near Athens to all the islands. Take the Highspeed Ferry and you can be in Ios in as little as three hours, alternitavely you can take a ferry from Santorini, Crete and many other Islands!

Upon arriving at the port you cak take a taxi or the regular bus service up to the main sqaure where we can then escort you to your rooms. The bus services run at 5-10 minutes intervals too all the islands main beaches Myloptas, Manganari and Coumbara. The Island also has a vast range of cars, buggies and motorbikes which you can rent at you disposal.
