Hotel Mirabello was the best hotel we were in all Europe.We also stayed in other hotels in Crete but this was amazing.This place is right in the town so you can go anywhere you like.The value of the money is great you can't find better and the rooms very nice and very cleal.The owners a very nice family were allways ready to help us and they were very friendly to us.We will be back for sure and we highly reccommend it to everyone!

Arriving at 1.30 a m it was reassuring to see it looking well lit, clean and tidy. the lift was welcome, everything was neat and clean and the staff very helpful.

very nice staff. We spent a night at the hotel and then left heraklion. On our last day in crete (4 days later) we left our bags at the mirabello hotel even though we weren't spending the night there. The nice man at the desk did not accept any money for keeping our bags.

Costas is fantastic and gives you a lot of great ideas for what to do and see. Clean and tidy and close to supermarket, food places and the centre of town

Very close proximity to the Port where ferries leave. Well located to the centre of Iraklion, lots of food choices in the area. Very friendly and helpful owner

The hotel manager, Kosta, is very friendly and funny. He was flexible with us and provided assistance in travel planning. The hotel is very clean and the staff are helpful.

We just left Mirabello hotel and all i can say is that we had a very very nice stay there.It was the best hotel in my trip.Very goooood value for money The owners did their best so we enjoy our stay.They gave us lots of useful tips of Crete.They were allways ready to help us. The rooms and all the hotel was very nice and clean and the rooms get clean every day with fresh towels.We will recommend it to all our friends and to anyone we know and we will definitely stay there again.
