It is family run and the family that runs it is incredibly accomodating. They are really amazing people. Furthermore, they offer you breakfast and dinner which allows you the opportunity to experience greek food at its best.

The hostel was close to the beach (which was fantastic) breakfast and dinner provided, very chilled out relaxed atmosphere so if you're coming to relax here's the place to stay! Matresses a little uncomfy and don't forget to bring mosquito repellant!

it's like paying nothing for an amazing place to stay, litrally right next to the beach. go to relax and hang out NOT to sight see. you are pretty much confined to the area, but it's awesome. i had a bit of a problem with bed bugs but that was probably because i left my window open. also i'm not lying when i say, "the food was amazing" and for a backpacker who's eating a hell of alot of bread, they are not shy on the meat. which was great.
i really would consider staying here if you need some down time for cheap.
be careful its a tab system though

As you can see from my ratings, I thought this was our best hostel by far... and we travelled through 3 countries. This is an amazing hostel!

The Family who run sunrock are so incredibly nice, the complimentary meals are all made fresh and the beach is gorgeous! And it was still the cheapest place we stayed in Europe..we're definitely going back.

The beach is amazing. Our room had the bonus of having a balcony facing out over the lovely ocean vista.
The traditional greek food was absolutely delicious.

The breakfast is gorgious: you can choose between scrambeled eggs, omlet, greek pancakes and french toast; plus of course one drink and bread and jam!!! the hostel is just 2 min walk from the beach but that means to that there is nothing else around, I mean no real village with some bars!

that the small family is soo helpful, we are deffinatly comming every year now, 1 because it is an incredible location, and 2 because everyone is soo helpful and friendly.
