Customer reviewThe beach and activities were good, and I loved that two meals were included. Everything was overpriced, with those little added extras, but I have to say alcohol was inexpensive, probably only because everything else is a rip off. They get you with small things, like a 5% credit card charge every time you purchase or withdraw money. Their internet was exceptionally slow, but you pay 2 euro. An international phone card which clearly states 5 euro is charged at 7, same thing with the cigarettes. As well as this the staff are extremely rude and unprofessional in pretty much every manner. When we complained about our room and NO AIR CONDITIONING (which is stated on the website) a receptionist laughed in our face telling us that we were not getting a refund. Most of the male staff pretty much sexually assault every woman there, and pressure them into taking off their clothes or bribe them for kisses. I asked for a plastic bag, and had to deny the man at the counter a kiss for more than five minutes. And to top it off, its not greek men who work here, its other travellers who have been infected with a horrible derogatory attitude that is somehow accepted by the owner of the Pink Palace. I do not recommend families to stay here, it is pretty much a brothel. If you dont mind being ripped off, and you couldnt care less about quality, but you want to go and you really need free sex, then this is the place for you. I had fun, because I met some cool people, but I would not go back if you paid me. |

Curtis HacheWell run hostel with good facilities and staff. The booze cruise is an amazing time. Not much to do at the hostel without spending money. A good place to party for a few nights but anything longer than that and it begins to become a bit repetitive and boring. |

Michelle MoirAmazing hostel! So much fun! Clean, nice beach, good food.. amazing supper! Great way to meet other travellers! Staff was extremly hot and helpful. Most rooms come with 3 beds.. not exactly what the website says and the rooms are all 25 euros a night, but worth the money!! |
