Liked: The atmosphere is absolutely amazing! Pretty near to the Venetian port, too. The owners are particularly gentle.

Disliked: Don't expect a luxury hotel...

Liked: The location is nice, close to the old port. The staff is very friendly and helpful; George, the owner, gave us great suggestions on where to see and eat in the old port and they were indeed worth seeing and trying.

Disliked: The room was unbelievably small although it was a four-pole bed which may be more suitable for newly wed couples. The other thing is that the hotel charged the full price on my credit card before we check-in and we were only be advised upon arrival. Other than these two points, I love the hotel and the staff as well as the town of Chania.

Disliked: The bathroom is small, semells a bit and gets all wet everytime someone gets a shower

Disliked: I was quit old and the kitchen and bathroom didn't feelm very clean.

Liked: The staff was so warm, friendly, and helpful. Also the location was amazing. They have 7 different buildings filled with unique apartments all very close to Hania's port.

Liked: Location was fine, but in Ifigenia II the WC didn't work properly and it was a little bit noisy because of a pub next to it.
