Welcome to the Traditional House to let ‘Fenareti’. The house is available all the four seasons of the year offering to all its guests’ unforgettable moments.

The traditional house of Fenareti is located in Neo Horio which is at about 22 km far from Chania’ s town. Neo Horio belongs to the eparchy of Apokoronas that is at the east side of the prefecture of Chania.
Apokoronas is well known for its cultural and archaeological monuments as well as its natural beauty.

Fenareti’s House was constructed in 1780, at the centre of Neo Horio. It was built in three levels according to the slope of the ground. In 1993 it was refurbished by its present owners with respect to the landscape and the environment. New owner’s ambition was to create a house that would offer a comfortable accommodation to every demanding visitor.

The relaxation that this peaceful location guarantees in combination with the adventures that the nature of Apokoronas offers will make your accommodation memorable.

The view from the house’s yard is really amazing: at the background one sees either Lefka Ori (“White Mountains”) or the sea while closer one sees the traditional olive and orange groves of the village.

The Traditional House 'Fenareti' that functions as a tourist accommodation centre during the last 14 years has the ability to host from 2 to 6 guests. At its about 130 m2 “Fenareti” offers a big sitting room with fireplace and two stone sofas that can be transformed into beds, a full comforted kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.


During the summer and spring months the yard is transformed in both sitting and living room as it is suitable for every hour of the day. The calmness of the village in combination with the beauty of the flowers and the trees will make your accommodation really pleasing.


The house is built amphitheatrically on the roots of the mountain and its spaces are shaped in different levels. This fact offers to the house a special architectural style.


The main construction materials of the house are wood and stones, offering to the visitors a unique sense of relaxation and tranquility.


At the remarkable beauties of the house is included the attic at the highest level of the house that is lighted up by the stone –made lantern. The bedroom at the higher level has its own bathroom, a small picturesque yard and a small garden with flower beds that are full of colorful flowers during the whole year.


At the lower level of the house is located the second bedroom that is commode and bright, with beautiful view at the sea and the village’s Champaign.
