 It is quite close to the city centre, and quite friendly staff, sheets and bathrooms could have little bit higher standard, but for the money you pay, is quite ok. Enjoy your stay.

This is the best hostel I have ever had. I stayed with my friend in a room with two single beds and a private bathroom.
The room is very clean. The bed is very large. There is air-conditioner and also heater. The bathroom is very spacious... and very clean... The staff are very friendly and helpful. You know... the staff would tidy up your bed every day during your stay! They change towels every day. They add tissue paper when they are about to run out... There is a free luggage room where you can put your luggage, the location is not open and is very very safe. Altogether, It's just standard hotel-service YET WITH A VERY ATTRACTIVE PRICE!
My room cost me 18 Euro a night. But NOTE that if you choose a room without private bathroom, the price could be as low as 15 Euro or even less.
I believe this would be the best bargain in Athens. Trust me, this is not a hostel, but a 3-star hotel (at least). I would definitely recommend to all of you to try this hostel if you're staying in Athens.

Though the hotel is not located in the best neighborhood of Athens, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Access to the internet also came in handy.

GOOD LOCATION.APPROX (200-300MTRS) METRO (LARISSA).FROM THERE ON METRO 2 STOPS TO (OMMONIA),WHICH IS GOOD FOR CHEAP TAKEAWAY SNACKS.ONLY 4 STOPS TO (SYNTAGMA) MAIN CENTRAL ATHENS AREA.HOTEL NEIGHBOUR HOOD SEEMED SAFE ENOUGH AT NIGHT TO WALK FROM METRO TO HOSTEL.
ROOM WAS CLEAN & TIDY.HOSTEL APPEARED TO BE MODERNISED IN RECENT YEARS.GREAT VALUE,FOR SINGLE PRIVATE ROOM SHARED FACILITY.I ACTUALLY HAD A SPARE BED IN MY ROOM.
STAFF,WERE IMFORMATIVE,& HELPED GAVE GOOD ADVICE.
BREAKFAST WAS NEXT DOOR,BUT EXTRA.IT COST €4 STILL GOOD VALUE CONTINENTAL BUFFET STYLE.PROBABLY AS CHEAP AS YOUR GONNA FIND IN ATHENS FOR THAT TYPE OF BREAKFAST.
ALL IN ALL,I WAS VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED,BECAUSE SOME OF THE REVIEWS I HAD READ BEFORE,BUT ONLY A FEW WERE NEGATIVE.
ONLY PROBLEM ON LAST TWO DAYS,WERE REAPEATED BANGING & SLAMMING OF DOORS & LOUD NOISE FROM SPANISH & CANADIAN & AMERICAN GUESTS.WHO WERE BASICALLY OBLIVIOUS TO OTHER PEOPLES NEED FOR SLEEP AT 2AM -4AM ISH.SO MY ONLY CRITISM ,OF THE MANAGEMENT WAS THAT THEY "FAILED" TO CONFRONT THESE "INCONSIDERATE" PEOPLE.GLAD I ONLY EXPERIENCED (2)NIGHTS OF IT.THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN KICKED OUT!!!!.HOSTEL APART FROM UNRULY GUESTS,COULD NOT BE FAULTED AT ALL.EXCELLENT VALUE!!!!.

they are really nice to serve their customers.we had booked their rooms for 2 days,but our plan changed and we arrived in athens a day before,so we were worried about the accomodation for that night,as we did not book anything.after we arrived that hostel to look for any spare rooms for us.they told us theywere full that night,but they are very helpful and help us find another hostel for that night.
and they are so willing to provide any information about the travel and the location of the sightseeing spot,the supermarket,the flea market....

Cleanliness (new towels every day, etc.), friendliness of staff, location, the room itself, certainly value for money. Only downside is the traffic outside (if you happen to be in a room at the front of the building), but I managed to sleep through it.
