Customer reviewAthens Backpackers was a very cool place to stay. The atmosphere was great and the building we were put in was brand new (they have a few buildings). They had heaps of tours/events/pub crawls etc which is a great way to meet people. The only complaint I have is that the breakfast was substandard. It was stale bread with a toaster and a few condiments. Needless to say I never ate breakfast there. |

Customer reviewThe rooftap terrace bar overlooking the Acropolis was unbelievable! They are not kidding when they say they have an amazing location - just a block from the village area of Plaka below the Acropolis. The 5 Euro guided tours around Athens were also a great value for the money! |

Customer reviewThe roof top bar was an awesome place to meet new people and had an incredible view of the Acropolis. The barman, barnsey, is also a bit of a character. The staff in general were a good laugh and helpful when needed. The rooms are fairly spacious, and clean. The showers were very good for a hostel!! Location was good too. All main tourist sites were within walking distance, as were the restaurants, tavernas and bars. |
