Liked: Many facilities were available. Left luggage, where we were allowed to keep our luggage locked up during our week away on an island hopping tour. The breakfast was decent. Walking tour was cheap and useful. Safety deposits at the reception made us feel much more secure. Wifi was accessible from our rooms.

Disliked: Each aircon in each room should have its own remote control. Towels could have been provided.

Liked: Fantastic and safe location right near the Acropolis. The rooftop bar and walking tours are great ways to meet people. Would highly recommend!

Disliked: A bit more expensive than most hostels in Athens, but worth it.

Liked: This place is ideal if you want to meet new people. It's right next to everything: beach, bar, river, markets, restaurants etc. I booked 4 nights and ended up staying 11. There are many things to do and it's very clean and safe. Free wifi and a good breakfast for 1 or 2 euros, If there are any concerns Chris takes care of it immediately. I'm going to return to this hostel. It was sad to leave.

Liked: the staff wr great and the place was very clean. the wr very helpful n the free tour was very infromative n great for budget travellers. the location is actually perfect, whr everything from the acropolis, syntagma square , the museums wr all in walking distances. i had a wonderful time in athens thanks to Athens backpackers.

Disliked: the surrounding of the hostel is a bit dodgy, thats all

Liked: It is very good location,just right next to all the attractions such as Acropolis and the stuff are very friendly and helpful. They also have daily tour that you can meet lots of people there.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: It was in a great area. Close to the train station and had a great rooftop bar with a view of the acropolis. The staff were really helpful and they offer a really good walking tour of the city.

Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable.

Liked: - Staff were absolutely amazing! - Rooms were huge and comfy - Bathrooms in room which was really nice - breakfast is pretty good - the sports bar hosts different things each night which was awesome - rooftop drinking was a GREAT way to meet other travellers

Liked: This place was a great value and an awesome place to meet people! The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar also offers a spectacular view of the acropolis and a great atmosphere!

Liked: It was close to all the sights. All the possible information you might need about the area, Athens, the buses, the nightlife etc. was given to you on arrival. The rooms were spacious. The rooftop bar was incredible!!

Liked: Fantastic location and staff. Fast free wireless, great place to meet people. News of the impending general strike in Athens was posted very quickly on the information boards.

Disliked: That it booked up so quickly that I couldn't get more nights there.

Liked: One word... AMAZING!! Athens Backpackers Studios is everything you would want in a hostel plus more. I only wished we stayed there longer. All the staff is beyond friendly and helpful. There are so many activities offered by the property such as walking tour, happy hour, different events at the sports bar. Free breakfast, laundromat right next to the studios and sports bar with free soap.

Liked: I was in the Studios. There were so many things I enjoyed. Good facilities (cooking facilities in room), balcony, very friendly, informative and helpful staff, great location, has a great atmosphere, clean, safe and secure. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone (and already have!)

Disliked: Hard to find the studios at first, but once I did I realized just how easy it was to get there!

Liked: It's an excelent hostel, very nice to stay in, very close to the Acropolis and every attraction in Athens. The rooms and building is very cool

Disliked: Almost nothing, except that the shower doesn't has a curtain or a door

Liked: You just can't beat the location and the rooftop bar views are spectacular.

Disliked: It's very much a 'party' hostel, not that this is necessarily a massive problem but it does mean that your quality of sleep is not that great.

Liked: the location, nice area and close to the Akropolis... felt very safe there...

Disliked: teh showers,,.. they are the most annoying ones.. seriously get a shower curtain or a glass or something.. is the most annoying thing to take a shower because you pretty much flood it all the time.,....

Liked: Spot on hostel. Great rooftop bar with cheap prices. All staff very friendly and helpful, especially Kathy. No noise from clubs so you have the option of partying or sleeping at any hour, unlike rival AthenStyle hostel The walking tour was brilliant and very helpful, cheap, good way to meet folk.

Disliked: Internet was quite pricey, but you should be here to see Athens not sit on facebook! Showerhead isn't attached to wall, you have to hold it yourself. This wouldn't be too much of an expensive upgrade to improve the quality of the hostel.
