Liked: Its very clean and the staff are very friend and helpful. Lots of travellers Great location

Disliked: My room is on the highest floor and i can only get the wifi on the ground floor.

Disliked: 1- Hotel was very very very cold. So, I have been sick. Like Poles :( Air Condition and Heating System arent work!!!! I asked personnals "My room is very cold. What can I do?" They say me "Go other hotel but Other otels is expensive then there" I think that the answer was very stupid!!! 2. bathrooms are very dirty. Everywhere in bathroom have hair!!! 3. very dirty linen 4. People who stay in hotel dont use elevator. Very stupid!!! 5. Everywhere have a lots bug!!! Finally, Even if the otel is free, I never stay the otel. I think that when you book the otel, you think AGAIN!!!!

Liked: very clean, freindly staff, great location, good mix of people, vry open common room, movie room it was fantastic all the way around!

Disliked: breakfast went from 7:30-9:30... a litle early, but that is just me you have to pay for internet... not a big deal either

Liked: Very close to local attractions and the local metro station. All within easy walking distance.

Disliked: The noise from the rooftop bar could be easily heard in the top floor 6bde dorm.

Liked: The staff is really friendly. I had a few flight complications due to the strike and they accommodated me the chest they could. Ver nice, clean, well-equipped kitchen. Good breakfast. A nice theater room and rooms have balconies!

Disliked: I found the laundry was expensive (5 € for wash, 2€ for 30 min dry, although you could dry it on balcony). Also, Internet was 3€ an hour whereas you can get cheaper elsewhere. However, if you have your own laptop, they have free wifi. Really, these complaints are petty as the place was really nice.

Liked: The entire atmosphere its amazing. Its a really nice place.

Liked: Really helpful staff and a great location so close to the metro and the sites.

Disliked: The showers!! The shower screen wasn't long enough ... water all over the floor. Not a good shower head either.

Liked: 24 h service, competent and english speaking staff, uncomplicated communication and help, clean rooms, kitchen and possibility to cook, internet access

Disliked: the informations about the strikes in athens came to late and were partially wrong (but it wasn't that important)

Liked: Great location, the twin apartment wasnt so cheap but was very nice, with air, tv, kitchen, couch, etc. And clean!

Disliked: Not the cheapest, but well, you get what you pay for :)

Liked: The hostel is in a very convenient location but the surrounding streets are not too loud or crowded. It was clean and had a great breakfast included.

Disliked: We had to pay for internet, but the fee was not too high.

Liked: Amazing Location. It is very close to the Acropolis and the metro.

Disliked: The "Apartment" was really small and only had three outlets for 6 people to use. The beds have a plastic covering on them which makes them noisy and a little uncomfortable. You have to put your key card in the slot to make the electricity in the room work, which is annoying when people in the room dont know each other and are constantly leaving so you have to switch cards.

Liked: This hostel is the best hostel I've stayed in. There were so many young people/travellers and the staff was so helpful! They also tell you about EVERYTHING that is going on in Athens. We went on the Walking tour for 5 euros and it was a four hour tour and was so worth it! They also told us about specials at their bar, information about which public transportation areas are on strike and that on Sundays in the off-season everything is free. They also had an organized trip to Delphi that we went on that was a lot of fun!

Disliked: The shower was just separated from the rest of the bathroom by one pane of glass.

Liked: The location is perfect, free internet wi fi (if not is expensive)

Disliked: Basic breakfast (and ends early - at 9.30 -), small lockers, and It doesn´t have baggage room (you leave your bagagge in the living).

Disliked: The Wifi doesn't reach very far but that is a minor complaint

Liked: location, staff, walking tour

Disliked: breakfast, not much variety, dark room - we stayed in 3 bed studio which did not have any light in the middle of the room - we asked for some standing light but did not get any help on that.

Liked: The staff there was super friendly and helpful They offer a variety of tours that are great.

Disliked: The beds are on wheels and underneath the bed sheet is plastic wrap. The plastic takes a while to get use to and its noisy...but at least you know it's clean and bed bug free!

Liked: WYSIWYG - the property really describes itself honestly on the HostelBookers website. Budget tours offered by the Athens Backpackers are really a good bargains, too bad we can't join due to timing issue.
