Liked: Very friendly and helpful staf and I was staying like in my house. No exact chack out time so we can stay until afternoon as long as not many guest and free for leaving our luggages...

Disliked: Little bit dirty and smell not good.

Liked: it was cheap

Disliked: this is located in a very poor area of town. prositutes can been seen standing right outside the entrance at all hours of the day and night - if youre brave enough to be out at night. only one of the shows with hot water actually had hot water. Everything smelled strange, the staff, the rooms, the water, everything. The lady that does the cleaning is constantly on the only public computer that they have playing her facebook games. in my 4 days there I think I was only able to use it twice. Staff is not very friendly, and if you have questions they are happy to give a simple ´i dont know´response rather than try and figure anything out for you. has a general dirty feel about it overall.

Liked: It was open after midnight.

Disliked: When we walked into the 'reception' we were ignored, and we had to ask the 4 people in the room who worked there, until the man behind the desk looked up. He had no idea about anything, couldnt understand me, and did not give me the room i had booked. My credit card was charged days ahead of us arriving, and the hostel stunk and was generally filthy. The area was very dangerous, and even the cab driver told us to stay inside.

Liked: I really liked staying at this hostel. The staff were nice, gave us a map of the city; location was fantastic easy to walk to everything; lots of fans in the rooms, free internet and hot showers. What more could you ask for?

Disliked: Was noisy outside during the night

Liked: In winter the rooms are really really cold. The kitchen is not useful at all, there isn't any stuff to cook and there isn't anything to clean just the dishes, so u have to use wc paper and water. The common zone is not confortable, the owners are there making strange things and the recepcionist is all time using the guest's computer, so u don't feel free to stay there. But athenes and greece in general are expensive to sleep, so if u just want a place to sleep and u eat outside, it's a good price with a central place in the city. The bathrooms are clean and there is a clean hot water shower.

Liked: HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOSTEL. This was the best rate I found in town and I was more than pleased with my decision. FREE interent and WIFI in the every room!! Awesome. The common room was nice and relaxing with a big screen TV.Great location in the center of the city with convienent modes of transporation all around. Was within walking distance of all the major attractions. Safe place, I felt at home my entire stay.Staff is great, helpful and will do anything to make your stay easy and pleasurable. Great atmosphere with easy going travelers and all modern accomadations. Suitable for all travelers, met many families to lone travelers like myself. Clean, comfy rooms with private sinks and mirrors. Nice ktichen for use with two refigerators and food storage and meet some new people.DONT pay too much for other hostels in the city, the is a deal and I enjoyed all the time I spent here that I stayed longer than expected.

Liked: It is very central and close to everything and I didn't feel uncomfortable even though I got there at night and had to walk alone. We also had balconies, which was VERY nice!!!

Disliked: The lifts are very old and a bit scary!!!

Liked: Great value for the money, For around ten euros a night you get a room with at no more than four beds and if you are lucky, a private one. , five minutes away by foot to the Acropolis and the National Museum and the Plaka District. Proper beds and showers and welcoming staff, specially Gabriela. Some other reviews criticize the surrounding streets, but you can just consider it part of the diversity of downtown Athens, there is quite at night and there is really nothing to worry about. And just in face there is a hotel seven times more expensive. Highly recommended.

Liked: that it had a kitchen and internet although the receptionist sits on the internet all day playing games so its pretty much only availible once she is done unless you ask her about it which than it takes 10 mins for her to finish playing her games and get off! they had fans too it was amazin

Disliked: the area it was in. i couldnt get a hot shower althought my friend got a luke warm one one day

Disliked: Location. I felt safe when inside the hostel but as soon as I left the property I felt very uneasy with my surroundings for about 2 or 3 blocks.

Liked: Great staff... Whilst the area is unsafe is at night, the owner was considerate enough to walk me downstairs to catch a taxi at the early hours of the morning to the airport.
