Liked: The owners and staff that run this place have it down to a fine art, the rooms are neat clean tidy and modern. They actively encourage you to mix and mingle with other guests and will organise walks and tours for you. The roof top bar is a great place to meet other travelers and chill out while looking at the Parthenon.

Liked: Athens Studios is a really great deal for the price. It's like staying in your own apartment for a few nights. You have your own kitchen, living with a couch, bathroom and bedroom. Breakfast is brought directly to your room every morning. The building is very safe because on residents with swipe keys can get in. The best thing was the location, right in the heart of Athens. It was easy to walk everywhere. Staying in the studios is nice because you get the amenities of a private hotel but you also get the benefits of the sister hostel, Athens Backpackers.

Liked: The staff was super friendly and the hostel was very convenient to the Plaka and sites. I found the facility to be clean and well kept. The only downside was that it was loud...to be expected in a hostel. I did not notice if HostelBookers was promoted or not.

Liked: The best hostel I've ever stayed at- the workers were friendly and helpful and hung out with all the guests, and it was so easy to meet people, and they organized trips & everything-- and they make dinner every night! The rooms were big, and it is literally like two minutes from the Acropolis and right next to the Metro station.

Liked: it s location and cleanliness is worth telling about. also in the first morning it was so early when we came to athens and the hostel showed us a place to sleep and had breakfast. It was their kindness.

Liked: Party central for backpackers in Athens. Never a quiet night in the downstairs bar, even in way-off season. Great location, literally can't get closer to subway (which takes you everywhere in area) or Acropolis. Also some very good looking bar tenders...

Liked: good location, studios are fairly small for 6 people to stay in at once, especially when cooking or all trying to watch tv at the one time but has most things you need eg microwave, hob, comfortable bed. But no kettle

Liked: self contained with basic kitchen and bathroom. Stayed in six bed and then three bed, microwave didn't work in one of the units as there was no adapter, otherwise good.

Liked: The layout of the apartment was great. Suit those who want to travel on a budget, that may not necessarily want the noise and parties that often go with the majority of hostels. Would be perfect for a group of friends as well!Great location too. Def. value for money :)
