Hans Cottage Botel is home to numerous creatures of the lake, the forest and the surrounding trees. During your visit you can observe crocodiles and waterfowl in the lake and even feed them yourself.
Delight in the antics of the local weaverbirds as the males compete in nestbuilding to impress females. Different species of monkeys are in the area and occasionally become temporary residents of Botel.
