Welcome to our family run guesthouse in the colourful industrial town of Wernigerode. Amidst the beautiful Harz landscape we offer guests as relaxing or active a stay as they want.

Gästehaus Familie Mann is a family run guesthouse in the colourful industrial town of Wernigerode offering guests both relaxing and active stays.

Our facilities include a breakfast buffet room where we offer a well balanced selection of breakfasts. We also offer more substantial meals and half-board stays which ofen come in the form of a buffet and offer both traditional cuisine and some local specialities.

We also have a fully stocked bar which offers a range of drinks including our local Hasseröder Pils beer as well as several other local, national and international drinks.

We offer a range of sporting and outdoor activities from the hotel. We have an in-house multi-sports hall where you can play all types of ball games, whatever the ball size! We have squash and tennis courts, a bowling alley and an indoor riding stable are all available close-by.

Our warm and friendly staff will also be pleased to help you plan your visit of Wernigerode and the Harz, be it by foot, horseback, car, mountain bike, ski or with the Brocken railroad.

Pets are welcome although you may have to pay a small charge.

Accommodation Information

All our rooms are decorated with light pine furniture and each has its own ensuite bathroom. Being a former artisan’s grain water mill, the rooms are of varying sizes but all are bright and friendly and some are over the rushing waters of the Zillierbach.

All the rooms are non-smoking.
