Liked: The location, the room, the staff.

Disliked: We had to pay for the sheets and the showers have no curtains, just see-through glass.

Liked: Creative rooms, homely feel with nice common (living) room, very helpful staff.

Disliked: Towels and bed sheets cost extra, and reception closes at 10:30 PM.

Liked: Individual style, excellent!! Every room has its own theme. The facilities are clean, staff friendly and the rooms spacious. The kitchen is quite small but then the hostel itself it not huge either.

Disliked: Everything. Except for the kids. Small children were crying in the morning. But then the hostel can't do anything about that.

Liked: It was very charming and the staff was friendly. It was quiet.

Disliked: It would have been nice to have a free breakfast included.

Liked: The room was utterly unique! We were in the room with the raised bed/twisted staircase/sofa, but saw into the next room, which had an equally unusual design (based on books). Away from the exciting room, the kitchen/lounge/patio were very comfortable, clean and functional, and, with a supermarket 5 minutes walk away, offered great value for money. Great hostel, which was central to a comfortable stop-off in Weimar.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The location was fantastic. It is very easy to walk to the museums, cafes and sights. The hostel was very nicely decorated with art and it was clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The common room was really nice too.

Disliked: The hostel had lots of brochures and booklets on the various sights, but sometimes the staff at the reception were not always helpful in terms of answering sight-seeing questions.

Liked: The hostel is easy-to-find, locate right next to the post office, extremely convenient to send postcard after or during your journey. The staff is super nice! I had problem finding my way to Tiefurt, where near the sub-urban area, the staff even printed out the timetable of the bus for me! Not to mention the super warm welcome for you when you come back or arrive in the hostel every time.

Disliked: Honestly I find no reason not to stay in this hostel again when I am back to Weimar. The only thing I did not like about this hostel is there is a garden between the common area and some of the rooms and it is extremely inconvenient during rainy days...

Liked: all the rooms have a real funky and cool vibe and character to them and its perfectly located in the centre of town!

Disliked: nothing really u get wat u pay for and it was honestly described so it was fine.

Liked: Fantastic common room, central location, clean bedding, nice kitchen, free tea and coffee, free WiFi, quirky room decor.

Disliked: Beds were hard and a little uncomfotable. Shower rooms in my floor awkward: doors were see-through glass and didn't close properly, so really even though there are two showers only one person can be there at a time without being awkward. Also, one of them would not drain properly!

Liked: A great hostel. Despite the hostel being very quiet (January) and full of student groups, it was a lovely place to stay in beautiful Weimar.

Liked: The character. The lounge and kitchen were a great place to relax and listen to tunes on their computer mp3 juke box . And no bunk beds.

Disliked: cost slightly higher than average and I had to change hostels due to availability

Liked: This property was very well situated between the town centre and railway station. the buses stop right in front of the hostel. Staff are very helpful with excellent knowledge of the local area. Weimar is a wonderful place full of historic buildings, good for shopping. Anyone interested in German literature should go there. There are lots of parks full of students chilling out, having barbecues and kicking a ball about. Young people everywhere on this sunny day. Definitely worth a visit!

Liked: I recommanded for every traveler if you want to stay just a few days in Weimar. The Hostel is very good but the problem is the city itself, it's more for old people than for young people, but it's still a nice cute city.
