Liked: There was only one drawback to the location and that was if you did not have a car and it was the weekend, you had to take a taxi or the host would drive you to Rothenburg. This is an added cost you must consider. Everything else about the place was excellent , especially the helpfulness of the host and hostess.

Liked: The hostel was wonderful in every respect. It was really a hotel. Our double room was large and well decorated. The whole hostel was beautifully decorated with artworks and glassware and the host was very friendly and helpful. It is in the coutryside.With a car it is only about 10-15 minutes from Rothenburg and if you follow the directions the hostel provides it is relatively easy to find. The only problem is that the sign for the place is quite small and the hostel looks like a house so it is easy to drive past.Overall, this is a wonderful place although not for those looking for parties.

Liked: They were wonderful. We ate three meals there and the food was wonderful. The owners were most helpful with ideas and directions. The rooms were large, airy and most comfortable. The hospitality and friendliness were outstanding. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!!

Liked: Hostess and host were obliging and cooked us dinner (at a cost) and provided us with DVDs to watch. Alcohol can also be bought there. The house was clean and the furnishings impressive.
