Kindness of staff !
It is very clean and confortable and even quite !
Nice area for resting and making parties too !
Good place to meet people.
It is convenient because close to center and train station
Breakfast is also great in quality, choice and quantity !
City tour is very nice with nice guide (talking too fast, but very motivated and funy and pleasant toward his group)
For the moment, it is the best backpacker/hostel have seen ;-)

Perfect for a weekend at Oktoberfest. Very Clean. Everyone who worked there spoke English and was very helpful. The location was perfect. 2 blocks from central train station. 15 minute walk from the city center and 10 minutes from Oktoberfest. The price was VERY good compared to what other places will make you pay during Oktoberfest. If I ever come back to Munich, I will stay here.

The atmosphere at this hostel is unlike any I've every stayed at. Everyone is friendly and there to have a good time. Wombat's is the best hostel I've ever stayed at.

Very good location and security. The bar is great with their very cheap drinks at happy hour! The winter garden chillout area is a great place to read and write. Dorms are very clean and well-laid out too. Finally, the walking tour was brilliantly informative! He has been mentioned about a billion times on here already, but Ozzy is a fantastic tour guide! You'll learn so much about the city in such a fun way!

Fantastic bar, very lively. Great chill out room and great free tour. Bathrooms in the dorms. Vry convenient for the main train station. Had an amazing time!

Reception was bright & welcoming with knowledgeable & friendly staff. Rooms were roomy enough, with ensuite...and you got a large locker. There was a great courtyard to relax, large bar, breakfast (for 3.5 euros), and food available. Definitely the best hostel I have stayed at, tho the bar cranks till 2am so if you want a quiet night this may not be for you.
