Liked: Central location, clean rooms, shower needs some attention.

Disliked: The Hostel is described as a really cool one but I missed this flair. The staff managed all very well but wasn't very friendly, they seemed to get bored by their guests. If you just look for a clean and centrally located place, then you're right.

Liked: It was clean, in a fantasic location close to hauptbahnhof and the staff weretremely friendly and helpful. All six of us had a fantastic stay and would recommend to anyone.

Disliked: Maybe the bar could be open at lunch time (doesn't open until 6pm).

Liked: Right by the main international train station and metro stop. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great secure key and locker system.

Disliked: Not the best atmosphere for solo travelers. Very expensive extras, e.g. breakfast, PCs, etc with no free wifi in rooms - very irritating.

Liked: Very Clean Hostel. Being near the train station was great. Hardly needed to use the metro.

Disliked: There wasn't much room in the common area, which was the only place where you could use the Wi-Fi. Therefore, when you wanted to use the Wi-Fi, you had to fight for a place to sit in the common area. Eating was not allowed in the rooms, so if you wanted something to eat you either had to eat out or sit awkwardly at the bar.

Liked: The staff were incredibly helpful...nothing too much trouble for them, always smiling and cheerful. Hostel was very clean and well organised. Plenty of social areas to relax and hang out, spacious and comfortable rooms.

Disliked: Only negative to mention was the rudeness of some of the cleaning staff who glared and tutted at you for walking across the floor when they had just cleaned it (unavoidable sometimes) and also (despite a statement on the door that said they started cleaning from 10am), felt it appropriate to come into the bedroom at 9:15, open the curtains, turn on the lights and stand in the room saying "hello hello" until they had woken everyone up, just to remind us to be out the room by 10am....ridiculous!!!

Liked: Very close to the central station, great walking tour and guide, try to do this on your 1st day, nice courtyard to chill and write reviews.Very good sized rooms, not cramped like some hostels.

Disliked: No free breakfast provided, they do have an all u can eat breakfast for €3.70. Wifi seems very slow

Liked: Fantastic location (just across the road from the train station, 15 mins walk to the hofbrauhaus). Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were really clean and big. Free towels. Had to pay for breakfast but it was a nice buffet. Did the free walking tour which I would recommend, goes into a lot of detail about Bavarian history. Great bar/ chill out area. Great place to meet people.

Disliked: Scott left no negative feedback.

Liked: I liked that we got to check in right away when we came in earlier than expected at 06.30am! And they were more than helpful and we even managed to get straight to our room so we could sleep! Walking tour was amazing learnt so much History about the place especially as we knew next to nothing to begin with! Bar was really good and the couch and lounge area was quite funky!

Disliked: The lounge area could have more plugs and more of an atmosphere where you can talk to others in it as it's a bit separated so that if you wanted to go in to chat to someone you can't but I guess that's what the bar is for. Only a small thing is the lights on the beds are really bright so when someone comes in late or wakes up really early its so bright that it woke us up, maybe curtains on the bunk beds or dimmer lights?

Liked: I think everything was Ok, nice place, good breakfast and very kind staff.

Disliked: The noisy pals that were outside the hostel that didn't let the ones that were inside to sleep.

Liked: The atmosphere at the bar was excellent. The breakfast was very complete and cheap. Room was clean and the locker was big enough. The staff was sensational.

Disliked: Internet was only available in common areas, not in the rooms, it was also very slow during the night.

Disliked: Remove the hotwater per cup, this might results in wastage of paper cup as most folks use thier own water bottle

Liked: The hostel has a wonderful inner courtyard with trees - you feel immediately like being somoewhere on a southern beach :D Our room was quite big for 6 people and had enough seating possibilities. And the location couldn't have been any better!! Many (low-priced) places to eat around. Will come again, for sure! :)

Disliked: nothing.

Liked: The location of the property was amazing. It was across the street from the Main Train Station, 15 min walking to the Glockenspiel, and it was in a good area for going out and finding restaurants. It was clean in the room and we had a 6 person dorm but it felt private almost.

Disliked: Some of the staff were less than helpful. In general they were helpful, but we kept getting a repeat offender. There is one girl that works there, I never got her name, but she is a little rotund, that was very condescending. Every time I asked her a question I got an eye roll and she would throw me some shade with her comments. When I asked about the beer halls and how you get a table inside (do you just sit down anywhere or find a waiter?) she said she had never been to one. On top of that she wasn't helpful in asking another staff member or anyone for advice. What kind of German lives in Munich and hasn't been to a beer hall?????
