Liked: Clean, large rooms, nice common area and bar, breakfast isn't free but reasonably priced and has decent selection. Free WiFi, lots of (paid) internet terminals.

Disliked: Too big and impersonal, but if you're in a city like Munich I guess that's rather inevitable. Also, all rooms are ensuite, so if you're in something like a 10-bed dorm that could be a problem....

Liked: The overall atmosphere was just awesome. One of the best hostels I've ever been to!

Disliked: Since I stayed in August, the room was very hot, and we had to open the window, which, in turn, made it hard for us to sleep due to the loads of noise that people in front of the hostel (and in front of the neighbouring ones aswell) did during the night.

Liked: Location excellent. Breakfasts good value for money. Reception staff very helpful friendly

Disliked: 1) Noise outside window until early hours of morning. This would not have been such a problem if we had been able to close the windows but air con unit/fan supplied not very strong. 2) Lack of ventilation in bathroom meant we had to keep door open most of the time

Liked: Super close to the train station and only 10mins walk from the main city area. Fantastic lounge/communal area also, would highly reccommend to any backpacker.

Disliked: No towels, and have to pay for breakfast.

Disliked: Nothing at all. Its a great place to stay in. Will recommend it to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced clean place in a central location with a great crowd!

Liked: Location was perfect. Very near to the central station. And most of all they have flexible check-in timings. I checked in at around 9.30pm without any hassels or extra charges. Breakfast was good with a nice variety.

Disliked: Not as special. In the night, some boys were shouting on the street below. Though, it didn't create much problem to my sleep, as I was very tired by the time n usually sleep well in a lil disturbance as well :)

Liked: 2 Minute walk from the station, really clean, fantastic staff and nice bar.

Disliked: Probably a little big for me and a bit expensive, but that's ok.

Liked: The facilities and services were not found lacking. As well, the hostel offered alot of options of things to do in and around Munich.

Disliked: A little too much of a party atmosphere. A little loud at times.

Liked: Easily reachable, clean, good beds, good lockers, friendly staff, free WiFi, good breakfast (for an additional fee).

Disliked: Somewhat crowded, noisy in the evening because of the bar (bring earplugs). There could be more electrical outlets in the rooms.

Liked: The location was good, it was two minutes from the train station which is very convenient when you're backpacking! And about five minutes walking to the main shopping area. The hostel bedrooms were very clean and spacious, though the best part was definitely the hammocks!

Disliked: I thought the hostel was a bit cheesey, like everyone was a real happy camper. And I didn't like how the staff kept on greeting you like it was the first time they met you - its nice when a hostel is more personal than that.

Liked: Located right across the road from the main train station (excellent for those travelling on a budget/with a lot of luggage). The hostel is also a short 5-10min walk to the centre. The staff were very friendly and we were given a voucher for a welcome drink in the bar. Very easy to meet people and the bar is busy all night. I loved the chill out area too which had lots of big comfy sofas, cushions and hammocks. There are lots of computers available at a cost but wifi is free. The breakfast cost an extra 3.70euro but was well worth it compared to prices of other places. You had a wide choice- cereals, yoghurts, breads, toast, cheese, cold meats, fruit, tea, coffee and juice. Rooms were spacious, bright and clean. Lockers were located in rooms. I would definitely recommend this hostel to others travelling to Munich.

Liked: I liked the different chill out rooms and the bar area, as well as the spacious rooms. It was very comfortable. Staff were also friendly. The first night, one of my roomies puked all over his feet, and I offered to get him some help. I would have felt guilty ignoring him. I went downstairs to reception to see if I could get some towels for cleaning up. The guy said, it was nice of me but it was not really my problem. Long story short, because of the inconvenience, it took a little over an hour to get it cleaned up and for me to settle in to bed again, the guy at reception gave me a free breakfast coupon and three free drink coupons, all because I had offered to help clean up this guy's mess. That was nice to get the free ticket vouchers.

Disliked: Not much, I enjoyed it here.

Liked: Clean, tidy, firendly, big, good atmosphere, really great stay. Lovely staff. Great security and in a brilliant location from the train station.
