The staff is really friendly, specially Raul at the bar, and they are always willing to help and answer questions. The location is also very good, right next to the main station and in a walk distance from the main square of munich. Only 2 thigs are not very satisfying: the breakfast, that, for the price the hostel costs, could be waaay better, and the cleanliness.

WiFi is great. Very clean. Free drink is nice, sticks out as better than the other few hostels located in the vicinity.

Very chilled out hostel but it comes alive at night especially during happy hour 5:30 - 8:00pm and 11:00 - 12:30am daily.. friendly and helpful staff.. hi fives to Ivana and Aussie Marija @ the Front Desk
highly recommend to fellow travellers... 10/10 keep up the good work Jaegers p.s nice hot showers

The friendly staff, and young atmosphere. The location was perfect. Breakfast could have a little more and towels were kind of expensive.

it is affordable for a family with 6 children. Very good located.
It is a little bit to noisy after 12 pm.
