About HI Munich Park

The HI Munich Park is a warm and friendly property that welcomes travelers from all over the world. We are not a downtown party hostel. We welcome backpackers, families, business travelers, school groups and more as guests. A little bistro and vending machines are to be found beside the reception area. Our guests can relax in 3 chill out rooms in the ground floor and in our spacious area in the basement.

Due to German laws we don't offer a guest kitchen. You can buy drinks and food in the vending machines or our Bistro.
Enjoy one of our 366 beds in 38 two-bed, 53 four-bed and 13 six-bed rooms, all with own bathroom. Four rooms are adapted for the needs of the disabled.
HI Munich Park is located in the green south of Munich, in Thalkirchen district, in a quiet green location, close to the Isar meadows, parks and the Zoo.
It only takes about 9 minutes by metro to Marienplatz with the adjoined pedestrian area. Public transportation facilities will bring you to every point in the city zone in a quite short time.
