Liked: The staff was very nice and it was in a great location.

Disliked: I just wish the lockers were bigger, cause you can't fit anything larger than a normal size backpack in them.

Liked: Stayed here twice in my 2 different trips to Munich - loved it so much. Good location, near train station and walkable to city. Clean, cool and most importantly, efficient - the toilet door was spoilt and it was repaired right away.

Liked: Great location right near the station, and good free wifi. Comfy beds

Disliked: Place seems to be designed to carry sound. Music and conversation at reception audible in first floor room, the whoooooole night. Horrible room mates, but not hostels fault. Did get security busting in at 4am to kick out some idiot girl who was sleeping where she didn't belong. Showers are button type, stay on for a few seconds only. Dirty bathroom.

Liked: I found nothing wrong with the hostel! The room (the mixed ten bed dorm) was lovely, and clean, with nice big lockers. The staff were lovely. Although the breakfast was on the steep side, there was lots to offer and it was all you can eat, so you can make it worth the value. Great place, I would def go back.

Liked: The hostel is in a good location within proximity of both the S-bahn and many restaurants. Only a short walk from the center and they have tours starting directly from the hostel

Liked: Good location, spotlessly clean, nice bright rooms, well-furnished.

Disliked: Breakfast is definitely not worth €4.80.

Liked: Brilliant location and staff on the whole were very helpful and freindly.

Disliked: Rooms were double booked despite booking 8 months in advance - although this may have been an error on hostelbookers part. We were upgraded for free which was great! On the last evening 3 people from our party were apparently being a bit loud and were kicked out for this - this seemed v harsh, so much so the other staff members appologised at the time and gave the people a refund on the spot - I think the particular member of staff may have been having a bad day?

Liked: Jaegers is really conveniently located right near main train station and quite close to centre of town. It's also next door to a few other hostels so always a fun atmosphere around the place. Was really impressed with my room; clean, comfy bed, hot shower, new bathroom with heated towel rack, decent windows to get in some fresh air of u need it and great, cheap, breakfast every morning. The staff are great especially the crew behind the bar who rock! Had a blast enjoying local Bavarian beers and such and sharing travel stories and few laughs. Oh yeah AND I won the weekly lottery of €50! Awesome experience and will definitely be staying here again on my next visit! Thanks Jaegers u rock!

Liked: It's across the street from the train station, and the receptionists were extremely helpful.

Disliked: I stayed in the hostel next door, Wombats, the following night. Everything about that place was better than Jaegers - Price, Atmosphere, Bar, Cleanliness. Plus, no soap in the bathrooms? C'mon Jeagers.

Liked: Very close to the main train station.

Disliked: Noone was at reception when I got there!! Had to wait about 25 minutes before someone eventually showed up even though it is supposed to be 24hours reception..... Poor matresses especially if like me you have a bad back!!

Liked: Great location. Lots of hostelers to connect with. Really clean and good heating for the cold Munich winter.

Liked: Good location and friendly, honest staff. Large, spacious dorms. Breakfast was decent for its price.

Disliked: Wifi pretty much broken, currently using a neighbouring hostel, which we found had weak, interupted signal. The room was very hot in the evenings. Only 1 shower/toilet in the 10 person dorm with no other common toilet meant potential long waiting times during the busy times in the money.

Disliked: The WIFi didn't work in the room only in the reception. I also asked for an all female room and had to share with a man on 2 nights.

Liked: Location is very near to Munich central station and tourist places around. There is a free walk tour pickup by Sandersman guides which was a very good tour experience.

Disliked: Place is noisy from the bar in 1 st floor in weekends.

Liked: Good location next to the central train station, good atmosphere, clean and moderen feel.

Disliked: Nothing, don't be put off by the 40 bed dorm, its divided into different sections of around 8 beds just without doors. I and everyone staying there had a good nights sleep.

Liked: close to the train station, cheap

Disliked: NO WI-FI!! had to go next door to Euro-Hostel to get a signal (and grab a few drinks at the bar, theirs is nicer); VERY noisy at night (lockers slammed etc.); lights on practically all night; the mattresses kill your back-- you feel every spring; no natural light; safety issues in 40-bed dorms (lockers there are fine, but in combination with security cams they would be all the more effective), zero privacy in showers, nowhere to put your shower stuff/towel/clothes, you have to walk across the room to get your towel and clothes, smell moldy, there's nicer accommodation even for 12 euros/night, the bar is not inviting-- next door is a lot more appealing

Liked: Good organisation, trying to find solutions

Disliked: Internet access was very improtatn to me. The hostel should indicate on the website that they have ongoing problems with the netprovider and thererfore, the nt was actually not available for the whole stay. They referred to the wifi of the neighbour hostel but that was so weak that the connection was very slwo with frequent interuptions. Unfortunately, I relied fpor my stay on having wifi access.

Liked: It's very close to Munich Hbf. Great atmosphere. Was offered a free shot just by staying at the hostel. Beds were clean, and the hostel was very modern.

Disliked: Wifi never worked during my 3 night stay! Breakfast isn't free, need to get a lock for storage. All the staff seemed to be trained to tell you Augustiner is the best restaurant to go for Bavarian food.
