Deanne MonaghanBeing a tour guide in Europe I was highly disappointed with my stay here, for a few reasons. 1 - booking a 6 bed dorm paying that rate but being put in an 8 bed dorm, when asked they said its Oktoberfest (thats it!) Room was unclean, no clear indication of which bed was free to use, had to pull sheets-blanket off bed to make my own bed. Last straw was on final night, i am a female travelling with friends who were staying at another hostel, my last night after making requests on phone prior to be put into a female dorm and the lady on phone extremley rude & unhelpful I was in a room unbeknown to me as I was 1st in the room that night, there was 7 other males sharing. 1 male scared me at 5.30am when he came in and touched my shoulder, I immediately freaked out, realised I was in a room with ALL males (yes I understand its a mixed dorm but surely they could have put in me in with at least 1 other female member) got up, packed my staff and had left by 6.30am. All in all, nearly 110 euros for 3 nights....was it worth it, NO. Dissapointed YES |

Customer reviewIf you dont mind loud, large rats, expensive internet, unknowledgable and unfriendly staff then its ok. often you find people walking into your room that arent staying there, because reception dont know whos in what room so give keys out to the wrong place at all times of the right. when i checked in at 12 i was given a key on 2 occasions to rooms that where full, meaning i have to trapse down the two flights of stairs and queue at reception, finally got a bed after an hour. |
