Liked: really close to augustina keller which is one of the best beer gardens in munich. good value rooms with ensuite. close to a good supermarket.

Disliked: bit characterless as it is massive. expensive drinks in the bar.

Liked: That they had toilet paper hands soap and body-wash.

Disliked: The beds, the shower, the location, the employes. The lockers did not have locks! and they could not provide any locks. The personel was very informal. I don't recommend this hostel at all.

Liked: convenient to train

Disliked: Bathroom was filthy, wasnt cleaned during the three nights I stayed or at least one night before, according to another person in the room. Other peoples trash was left in the room during this other persons stay and mine. Ive stayed in so many hostels and this one was just gross.

Liked: The staff in reception were friendly.

Disliked: As I stated above, the cleanliness and general sanitary conditions were far from being satisfactory. And as for myself, we found a USED CONDOM in our balcony. Please keep this in mind that there are foreigners coming here, consider not your hotel only but your service and your atmosphere. You need to do something...

Liked: The atmosphere was great, the room was clean and the bathroom was in the room.

Disliked: The hostel it's good, so it's 30 minutes from de Train Station, but you can take the S-Bahn (10 minutes from the hostel). The bathroom has a bath instead a shower.

Liked: It's a hostel that worths your budget.

Disliked: The attitude of some of its staff is really irritating and frustrating. I came across a female staff and she's very impolite and rude to us and for example, when we asked her for a free map in the English verson put behind her, she ignored our request and rudely told us to help ourselves at the tourism information centre. What? That's kind of a blow for our stay there.

Liked: It's a bit further away from the centre, but nothing to moan about. Cleanliness could be a LOT better.

Disliked: Dirty rooms, and blocked sinks in bathrooms.

Liked: The place was a lot cleaner than I had expected, and I was impressed with the ensuite bathroom. It was also a good mix between party atmosphere (we were there during a big win for Germany during the world cup) and a good place to pass out after a long day in Munich.

Disliked: It was a bit out of the way from the city center or even the train station, which was kind of inconvenient. The staff was so-so: a few were very friendly and helpful and the rest were okay. Also, it would have been nice for them to offer us a map, so we didn't have to go back to the station and hang around until the tourism office opened to get one.

Liked: The place was good with a few minuses such as no linen included and no free internet. While we stayed there were large numbers of school children running around being quite loud. Overall a good hostel in an average location, situated by a tram stop for quick access to town.

Liked: they need to say that the guest needs to pay extra for the shifts!!!!it was really disgusting sharing the room with a guy sleeping without shifts... it makes not clean the beds for next people coming...
