Liked: It was clean, not to far from the city center.

Disliked: The place looked like a hotel, the athmosphere too. The didn't have any Wi-Fi, but luckily the restrant next to them offered free Wi-Fi. The prices were really high, at the hostel, they advertise 14.50€ a night for the 6 bed dorm, but we ended up paying 20€ and when we wanted to extend our stay, the price was 22€ per night...

Liked: Spacious rooms and big beds. Close to a bus and U-Bahn line.

Disliked: The hostel was undergoing massive renovations while I was there. I chose it because it had a bar and large common area. There was no bar and half the lobby had disappeared after I was there for a day. All the computer terminals were also removed during the renovations. The U-Bahn that was next to the hostel was also closed in the direction of the city center which should have been indicated online. Some of the staff are rather rude. No lockers in rooms. Really felt like given all the renovations, they should have given us some discount on the rooms.

Liked: the 5th floor is newly decorated and it is pretty nice!

Liked: Big and clean rooms, well-equiped kitchens on every floor, friendly staff, luggage room, quiet, many young people

Disliked: No free wifi (although relatively cheap)

Liked: It was close to the fair grounds in Munich, and some of the staff members were very helpful. The beds were comfortable and kept clean.

Disliked: The entire lobby was under construction when we arrived, and they neglected to tell our party this when making the reservation. As we arrived very tired and with heavy luggage, the staff members at the desk continued on their own conversation for a while without acknowledging us ready to check in. Also we had to pay for WIFI, and the bathrooms were completely soaked after showers.

Liked: an easy 15 min walk from the train station, close to the center of town, new 4th floor renovations are nice, clean in general, cafe next door has free wi-fi

Disliked: they sold me wi-fi for 24 hrs that i couldnt use anywhere except standing directly in front of the reception desk, signal doesnt reach up to the 4th floor or down in the common room. maybe after the renovations are complete there will be somewhere to sit and use the internet where there is service.

Liked: Value for money, 11 Euro for Dorm 8 Ensuite with huge room space. Metro is just opposite the hostel, if you'd like to walk to main train station, its about 15-20 minutes walk

Disliked: Nothing really, just that the ground floor is currently under renovation, dusty etc, but no big deal

Liked: I managed to get a renovated room which was really big and spacious.

Disliked: It was undergoing renovations so some facilities (such as computer terminals) were unavailable.

Liked: Good sized rooms, comfy beds

Disliked: Had no curtains or blinds in the room I stayed in. No kitchen(being renovated). Key card for from did not work and had to go to reception 5 times to get it fixed.

Liked: It was cheap, the rooms were a decent size, and sharing an ensuite bathroom for 8 people was no problem. They were in the process of renovating, so it was a bit of a mess, but it should end up looking a lot better in the near future.

Disliked: You have to pay for the wifi! There's not a whole lot of interesting things in the area, so it's a bit of a walk to get to the good stuff.

Liked: It's in a great location, right next to a subway and two blocks from the Oktoberfest grounds.

Disliked: The dorms need a table and chairs so you can eat in the room or write post cards. Also, the lighting in the bathroom was bad; it was way too dark to be able to do makeup in the mirror. Plus, the bathroom had no soap or paper towels, which is disgusting, since 6 girls in a room use the bathroom quite frequently and cold water does not kill germs.

Liked: There were ensuite toilets in the rooms. The rooms were roomy and nice. Very youthful crowd and staff. They had table soccer too.

Disliked: 1) The worst thing was the fact that the hot water for the bath was not hot at all! I was freezing when i was taking my bath, which really was quite depressing! Please ask them to ensure that they have proper hot water if not it will spoil ur hostel experience.... 2) Also the lockers did not have locks provided, so that was inconvenient. Thankfully i brought along a small one. 3) Another thing that wasn't so pleasant, was the fact that they did not have Free Wifi. You have to pay 1 euro for 1 hour, or 2 euro for 24 hours. However the hostel i stayed at Berlin had free wifi. Shouldn't they provide free wifi???

Liked: the rooms were spacious and set up nicely .. the internet was 1 euro for 1 hour or 2 euros for 24 hours - very economical =) they had a nice place to store out luggage until our room was ready, even though it was outside the building and aorund the corner.

Disliked: the shower was small and not the cleanest. I did not like that I had to pay for a towel.

Disliked: The Hostel is under construction, so their is no kitchen and hot water at times. My key card did not work a number of times. But maybe when all the construction is done things like that wont happen

Liked: They had a good bar downstares, and a great lounge. It was a nice place to meet people. The beds were nice enough, and I liked the lockers in the room.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and the location was nice.

Disliked: The bathroom was a bit old and the door was closing not very nicely. And I had not really nice roommates.

Liked: The rooms on the 4th floor are newly renovated- so they are really clean, with good facilities and comfortable.

Disliked: Its a solid 15 minute walk from central station- which is a good thing as noise levels are low, but if you are drunk- recommend taking the bus.

Liked: Cheap and very close to the Oktoberfest grounds. (A bit of a walk to the old city though).

Disliked: No kitchen to share. The whole building was completely being renovated, which will make it much nicer but, it was annoying while there.

Liked: The 8 bed dorm is just renovated. It is clean and very big.

Disliked: It is pretty far from the main station by foot. However, it is really close to the U bahn and bus station.
