Liked: I liked the location, as it is not far from Munich's main station and it's easy to access... The lobby is quite modern and looks cool with the bar.

Disliked: Recommended for young people only. The hostel is getting renovated, therefore it is quite noisy. We only stayed for one night- so it was fine, but if you are planning on staying for longer- i guess it can get quite annoying...

Liked: the rooms were large, spacious, clean. best of all it was easy to find from the train station. The staff was the friendliest i had encountered in a long time.

Liked: It was really easy to get to, only about 2 or 3 minutes walk from the nearby U-bahn stop.

Disliked: They were renovating so there was stuff everywhere in the halls. The elevator didn't work so I had to drag my extremely heavy luggage up to the 5th floor because I wouldn't have been able to get to it in the luggage room because I had to leave very early to go to the airport the next day.

Liked: The hostel located a little bit out of the city ceter, but it takes only 15 minutes to ealk to it from Marienplatz. There are also U-bahn and S-bahn stations right near it. The area is quite safe eith lots of cafes. The staff was friendly enough. The rooms were quite big, clear with comfortable beds.

Disliked: What I really didn't like in this hostel was the shower facilties. First of all, WC and the shower are not separated. Moreover, the shower doesn't have any door or so on, that's why after 2 people the floor is complitely wet. And there are terribly thin walls.If one person, for example, is taking a shower it's really hard to fall asleep. It doesn't look like fully renovated hotstel at all. By the way, the renovation hasn't been finished yet.

Liked: The open area by the bar and reception area was quite nice and a sociable place to be.

Disliked: The lack of utensils in the kitchen, and lack of anywhere to sit to eat your food.

Liked: Clean place, not far from the center. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Disliked: I bought a wi-fi connection for 24 hours, but the connection did not work and I have not be refunded.

Liked: It was super cheap! And it was an old hotel so it just feels so much nicer and you feel like you have more space. The staff were also really nice and fun to hang out with at night when they get off work. The lockers in the rooms were nice to have too.

Disliked: Each room only has one bathroom, with both the shower and toilet in it. That's difficult when you have eight people in a room all needing to use the bathroom for various reasons in the morning. Also the kitchen kind of sucked so it was hard to cook, and you have to pay for the internet but its pretty cheap.

Liked: I was pleasantly surprised, after having stayed in many other hotels during my travels, at how nice Easy Palace was. The rooms were very clean. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. Though bunk beds, they were high enough to not be unpleasant for the people who slept on the bottom, several other places with bunk beds had very low, metal ones jagged springs that constantly caught my hair or that I would hit my head on when I got up. This didn't/ Wi-fi was available down in the lobby but the cafe right next ot the hostel had free wi-fi as well so it was possible to get Wi-fi in the room, even if it was a bit unstead. If you brought your own lock there were lockers for you to put your luggage and other things in. The room was only accessible with a specific keycard, and all in all it just felt like a safe environment. And it wasn't very expensive compared to the other hostels in Munich. It was well worth the money.

Disliked: The bathroom was a bit dim and the shower door was broken so that water got everywhere. When we first got there, we had to wait for over half an hour to get checked in because the people at the desk said they were changing staff over. In the end we were helped by the same people that were there when we arrived. Also, the bar and computers are all in the same area as the check-in desk. It is loud and a bit unfriendly when you first come into the hostel.

Liked: The hostel was very easy to find, the staff were friendly and downstairs bar/reception area was very cool.

Disliked: Nothing about the hostel itself, although i requested a female only room and me and my friend ended up sharing with two couples in a six bed dorm.

Liked: Very clean. Felt a little more like a hotel which was a nice change from some of the grungy hostels I have been staying in. There are bathrooms in each room which are always clean but make sure you have soap because there isn't any provided for washing hands. The pillows are incredible and the beds are so comfortably it's a little dangerous because I ended up sleeping in much later than I had planned!

Disliked: The Internet was really frustrating because it wasn't free and you could either pay for wireless for an iPhone or private computer either for an hour 1€ or a day €2 or buy Internet on their computers separately for either 30min or 1hr and when using my iPod and the wireless connection I kept on getting bumped off and habit to log in again.

Liked: The hostel was located right next to an U-Bahn station so getting around was somewhat easy

Disliked: - The rooms were dirty and run down, there was only 1 shower and 1 toilet in a 10 bed dorm room. - The kitchen was filthy and lacked basic utensils, plates, cups etc - The staff (with the exception of the guy with the long dark hair) were at best unfriendly and often incredibly rude. The hostel employee working the bar was too busy trying to pick up with girls/macking girls/letting girls behind the bar to actually help us out with a simple request for a cup as there were none in the kitchen. - The internet was down for an extended period of time. - Although not the hostels fault, the hot water was out for a number of nights. However, the hostel had taped to its front door prior notice that this would occur yet failed to inform us when checking in or booking.

Liked: It was central located, and in a very nice area. rooms were clean and the bathroom was modern and very clean as well.

Disliked: The staff were not very friendly. The halls were smelly all the time. Internet access was not included in the price.
