Liked: I was here for octoberfest and it was prime location for this, five minute walk from the festival park.

Disliked: When i arrived in my room the floor was completely flooded and there were toe nails and crap all over the floor. I realise that this is not any faulr of the hostel, jsut the pigs that i was sharing a room with but even after the room had been serviced and cleaned there was still filth. My bathroom products were also taken from the shower by the cleaners. Probably wouldnt stay here again.

Liked: Staff is friendly. near the october festa, near the bus. Wifi is good price(2 Euro/24hour)

Disliked: At night, There are my room in 4stair. But I can hear E stair's sound. it is quite noisy.

Liked: nice big rooms, comfy beds, reading lights, clean, plenty of plugs and places to sit dow

Disliked: quite expensive although we were there for the final Oktoberfest night, no common room or kitchen

Liked: It was clean and comfortable.

Disliked: the staff lost my booking and tried to make me pay double for my room. The internet is not free and it was not working

Liked: Large, clean room- lots of space. Stayed here for Oktoberfest- perfect location, 5 mins walk (maximum).

Disliked: Staff were fairly rude on arrival, ignored us for around 10 minutes (one staff member chatting on his mobile for a long time) before someone finally helped us check in.

Liked: The location for the Oktoberfest site is amazing!

Disliked: The bathroom in our dorm was really bad; tiles coming off the floor and walls, dirty, no shower curtain etc etc and considering the premium that we paid for the time of year we would have thought a bit of effort would have been made on their part to make the room clean and nice!

Liked: the bathroom and the bedroom were nice.

Disliked: the elevator! it takes quite some time to wait for it and one time can only fit in 4 persons.

Liked: Rooms are spacious and good hostel environment.

Disliked: Lift was not good.

Liked: really large dorm rooms and good facilities even if you had to pay to use a lot of them (internet, washing, breakfast).

Disliked: quite a walk from the main tourist attractions but easily access to the metro system. wi-fi which we had to pay for didn't work very well in our rooms.

Liked: Everything was OK. The guys at the reception are very helpful and friendly, and they can speak lot of languages. (eg:hungarian)

Disliked: the only problem, that one toilett /bathroom is not enough to 8 person.

Liked: Very friendly atmosphere and nice cosy rooms. Very good location - close to the trainstation and Marienplatz!

Disliked: Showers! All the floor would be wet after the first user)

Liked: Spacious rooms.

Disliked: There was hair all around the freshly cleaned toilet. The lobbys were loud because of refurbishment. You had to walk through a messy dusty worksite in the hostel. I complained and nothing was done about it. A lady at reception spoke no english. The price doubled from one night to the next and i had to move rooms.

Liked: Ot has a great location. Regarding the staff, Pablo and the guy who is at the reception in the mornings were very helpfull and friendly. They have many facilities and services but you have to pay for most of them, which are included in other hostels.

Disliked: Ok

Liked: Good location

Disliked: Internet and beer expensive for a hostel. Not a very social hostel, especially if you are traveling alone

Disliked: We didn't have allocated beds which ment that first in best dressed, and even though our room of 8 was a mixed dorm we were actually the only two females staying in there.

Liked: Nice rooms, cool bar

Disliked: most staff friendly, others weren't bothered. The renovation work is okay but nothing special, and they charge extra for everything - wireless, computers, breakfast etc
