Cleanliness, location to the S-Bahn, bar downstairs was a great place to meet people. Most importantly it is acrodd the street from Munich's oldest beer hall.

Bike rentals are relatively cheap; pretty centrally located, though taking the metro might be advisable; very close to train station; breakfast is standard, though not too expensive; everything is kept rather clean
