Liked: The only way I actually made it to this hostel was because they had a very convient sigh above the exit of the train station telling me where to go. Luckily my luck didn't stop there. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean, a balcony, friendly staff, and a nice lounge area with lots of computers for easy cheap internet access. The staff was as helpful as they could be, especially for as busy as they were. The building and rooms had a hotel quality to them.

Disliked: I was not to excited about the showers, you had to keep pushing down the nob for water that periodically changed temperatures on you, but now I'm jut being picky. The hostel wasn't really close to anything sight seeing worthy, but nothing I couldn't get to without the bus or train.

Liked: Very close to the station, the lobby is good, the stuff were helpful

Disliked: WiFi was pathetic and very slow, the hostel is overcrowded, and the rooms are a bit over-priced

Liked: it was cheap, close to the station and the rooms where nice and clean

Disliked: there was not enough staffing at the reception, there was always a line to ask for something. there were teens running around making lots of noise but because of the low staffing they really could not attend to this issue.

Liked: Friendly Staff.

Disliked: There was genuine mistake made with the booking, but it was not clear who's fault it was. Hence, I had to stay in the lobby for the night. Shit happens! But all in all the place seemed nice from the lobby.

Disliked: the guys at the front desk told me the wrong location for the airport bus so I missed my bus and almost missed my flight.

Liked: It was nice. Actually, many students(13~15?)are staying same building.So Crowded!! But the room was seperated with them. I slept very well.Have a great time in Meininger hostel!!!

Disliked: It's a bit far away from Munich hbf(main station). You can use s-bahn from there. Only one stop. Usually I didn't use public transport. It was OK!! But if you have big luggage, don't hesitate take s-bahn.

Disliked: I stayed in a dorm, and we were packed in there like farm animals. I can't speak for any other room setups, but the dorms are not big enough for the number of bunks in there.

Liked: Good rooms. Located across the road from a beer hall and only 15 mins from Oktobefest.
