 Comfy beds and good linen, beer garden and helpful staff, however as the en suite shower and toilet were in the same unit, it led to extra long queing time in the morning... not a good idea and the 10 man dorm got very stuffy and overheated leading to a sighful restless night from all concerned.

Pretty good hostel. Nice and clean, good location, good atmosphere. However, it is large and caters to big groups, so it can get noisey.

The proximity to the Central Station was a plus for me. It certainly is good value for money, considering the sheets and good breakfast are also covered.

Great hostel, great rooms, good breakfast, but one bathroom for 10 or 12 people, and no extra toilet wasnt good;

Staff were helpful and friendly. Rules were in place to ensure a peaceful stay despite have a young crowd. Big plus to have counter staff that are very fluent in English!

Fantastic buffet breakfast, good security, dorms not cramped. Lots of large groups staying there, and is probably better suited to groups than solo travellers. Dorms are the only social meeting place, as the lobby isn't a hostel social area where you meet other travellers. Small lightly equipped kitchen that's downstairs, almost hidden and most guests are unaware of, hence unlikely to meet other travellers there either. They're not keen on having longer term guests but I don't know if there's a maximum stay.

Great breakfast. VERY helpful and nice staff. Free WiFi for laptops, though that needs to be more publicized. Laundry was cheap.

The location (given i was coming from Hauptbahnof) and easyness of reach are my best points on its favour; the building facilities are also to be praised...and the surrounding area is quiet/nice, and within walking distance to the Inner Ring. Being so close to Theresienwiese, for the Oktoberfest period it must rate Tops!

clean room, GREAT variety in the free breakfast, very nice staff, and only 4 blocks from the train station (easy walking distance). The only problems I had were: laundry facilities were 1 washer/dryer that didn't clean your clothes, and took (LITERALLY) 4 hours, 3 1/2 of which to dry the clothes, the baggage holding area is locked but they give the key to anyone that asks (so be careful about people rummaging thru your bags--it happened to one of the people in my party) and that teens were allowed to party and be loud till the early morning hours, but this might be a plus to some people. Other than the small negatives, it was a great hostel to stay at with a lot of bang for the buck!

Good facility as a youth hostel. I stayed in ae ensuite single room. There was a TV and I could borrow a hair dryer for a 5 Euro deposite.

The staff was especially friendly and helpful, even when extremely busy. They were also really good at dispute resolution between guests.

This hostel had a convenient location, though a little isolated it was easy to access the trains and subways. It offered a wonderful breakfast included in the price. The beds were comfortable and the lobby areas were a great place to congregate and socialize. The city tours embarking from the main entrance were extremely convenient.
