Liked: The price was very reasonable, staff nice and helpfull, room s were clean.

Disliked: For whole the 6 floors of room there was only one very small kitchen. The internet connection was not for free.

Liked: Big common area with free wifi was a plus.

Disliked: I was really turned off by one of the staff members who outright insulted me for wanting to goto the Erdinger brewery. I asked him if he had what he know about booking the tour and things of the like and his response was, "I know they don't brew good beer... that's all I know. You could goto the Augustiner hall across the street though, they make great beer." The hostel in general seemed a bit branded by Augustiner. Other than that particular experience the hostel was decent, but I won't be staying there again out of principle.

Liked: Not much to say, a normal hostel.

Disliked: Far from München Hauptbahnhof. Even take S-bahn, it still takes 5~10 mins by foot. Very hot in the room, so people open winders during the sleep, and it's very noisy. I stayed at MEININGER Hotel in different cities, and I think it's the worst one.

Liked: All of the amenities are as advertised, breakfast is extra but worthwhile. Free Wifi in the Lobby works great. I was in a large dorm, and the accommodations were a little tight but comfortable and clean. Clean Bathrooms.

Disliked: Despite being across the street from Augustiner Brewery, beer was a little pricey at the hostel.

Disliked: It's not really a youth hostel, just a massive hotel with hundreds of rooms. So not a great atmosphere

Liked: kind of beautiful

Disliked: the kitchen is really tiny, there was some big school group, the hostle is a little bit far, there is not really an ambiance, the personel was slow

Liked: The Hostel had almost anything you could need, including a kitchen.

Disliked: Internet is free if you have a computer with you, otherwise you need to pay for it, which I always find somewhat disappointing. Breakfast was also a little bit disappointing for 4.50 Euros.

Liked: Clean, modern rooms. Secure atmosphere. Kitchen facilities were good.

Disliked: Hostel charged for facilities such as using the internet. Staff could have been more helpful. Would have preferred earlier check-in time as I felt 3pm was a bit late. However, overall I enjoyed my stay.

Liked: I thought the breakfast was very nice compared to the meals offered in other hostels. The staff were helpful and accessible at all times. The atmosphere throughout the hostel was friendly and inviting.

Disliked: Considering there were 6 floors (and I was on the sixth), there was only one small elevator and it seemed like it was in use all the time. Many times I had to climb and descend six flights, and when the internet access is limited to the first floor lobby, one is forced to go downstairs frequently. I highly suggest installing another elevator in the building, given that so many people lodge there.

Liked: Hostel had good facilities. Room was big for 6 bed dorm.

Disliked: Lacked a little atmosphere but I usually choose to stay in smaller hostels.

Liked: They spoke english.The location is right near a train stop so getting around was easy.

Disliked: Breakfast was a waste of money for what it is. It was located in not the nicest area of town.

Liked: Very good communal area, wide with comfy sofa chairs and lots of computers plus free wifi there for your laptop/tablet.

Disliked: the wifi was only down in the reception area. nothing in the rooms unless I wanted to pay extra.

Liked: It was very spacious, did not give the feeling of a hostel at all. It was like a small hotel,had many floors, and had all the facilities a traveler would need. The dorms were big and clean. Kept very clean, very helpful staff, personal lockers available, lobby was very comfortable, good internet connectivity. Also pretty close to the nearest metro. I checked in 9 hours before their check in time, so obviously bed was not available, but I could use the very spacious lobby to rest and restrooms down there were clean. They also allowed me to keep the luggage for free in a luggage room for a whole day after checkout. Many tours were also available for which you just have to wait in the lobby.

Disliked: It would have been wonderful if internet was available in the rooms as well apart from the lobby.
