It is both clean and safe and I doubt one would be disappointed by the offered breakfast. Comparing 12- to 8-bed dorms it may occur that the 12-bed has more space, but in general this hostel keeps its promises and from all the aspects it is value for money.	92%

22 November 2009	Gabriela Gaffey The breakfast at this hostel is really good, so much variety and the happy hour offers were good too. We ate dinner in the restuarant once and it wasn't too good though. We got bed bugs but the staff changed our room and reimbursed us half of what we had paid.	85%

01 November 2009	Customer review good location, clean and the bar is convenient but expensive (but what isn't in Muchen?), but DIRECTIONS ARE WRONG! Walked about 300 meters in the opposite direction. Once you exit the train station, just cut across Arnulfstrasse, the street where the hostel is parallel, where the Caritas office is. I've been told the reception has been told many times to change this, but the management has yet to do this. Also, internet is unreliable - the wifi would not work every other day or so, so you're forced to pay for their (expensive) internet access. When it was working, it was easily accessible up to the 2nd floor. Staff is nice enough and the bar is a great place to meet people and play Wii!!	72%

08 October 2009	Adam Kucharik Overall a good hostel. The "killer feature" of this hostel was the common kitchen, which had just about everything you'd need (fridge, stove, sink, minor food items, etc). Staff weren't as friendly as other hostels I've stayed in, but they weren't particularly unfriendly either. Also, there were no locks/keys to the room, but all my belongings stayed safe during my stay. I give it one thumb up.	75%
