Liked: Showers and toilets and rooms were very clean. Sinks were covered with dead flies, but otherwise clean. staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were already laid when we got to our rooms, and there's no need to personally return the linen after our stay. Breakfast is an additional 3EUR, which is a must add-on. Only bread, and 3 types of ham, cheese and cereals. Quite good. Location is really good and easy to find. It's JUST opposite Munich HBF, max 3 mins walk from HBF to hostel.

Disliked: BUT security was not good. When we asked for our room keys when we returned, they didn't check for any form of identification. Our room's windows were spoilt, hence we couldn't lock our windows when we slept. Doesn't help that we're living on the 2nd floor and anyone could have climbed into our rooms in the middle of the night.

Liked: nice place, very close to central station

Disliked: no free internet facility for those who doesn't carry laptops. I would suggest to keep a desktop for visitors to send some mails atleast. or allow some standard mail sites for the purpose of mailing

Liked: Location was great as it's right near the main train station. The bar was an alright place to meet people, though it was never particularly busy.

Disliked: The bar wasn't the best place to hang out.

Liked: Some of the staff were fantastic, comfortable beds, lift up to the rooms.

Disliked: Some of the staff werent very nice, in the middle of no were so couldnt just pop into town easily, not many shops around so couldnt easily get a cheap meal, pool was way to cold!

Liked: The location is excellent with no street noise at all, the place is very clean, the breakfast is good,the bunks are good, the underbunk luggage stores are good and the common areas were clean.

Disliked: I booked a 12 share dorm and sadly the worst part was the noise. The rooms and the halls have hard flooring so every sound carries. With people coming and going at all hours I found it very difficult to sleep and came home exhausted. It is such a shame as the rest of the hostel has much to commend it. I wouldn't stay again or recommend it as sleeping is my main priority on an overnight stay

Liked: best hostel i ever stayed in stayed 5 nights. would definatley come back. staff very friendly and give guidelines how to make day trips yourself. breakfast is amazing!!

Liked: This place is really comfortable and clean, nice. The hostel is located near by main station of Munich. And Breakfast is so fantastic!

Liked: there is a bar in basement of hostel. it was very good.

Disliked: There is a locker for guests but the guests should prepare their own lock. If you don't have any valuable things, it is fine. Otherwise and you cannot carry them, you have to prepare lock.

Liked: I definitely liked the physical environment. Everything except for the bathrooms was perfect and clean. The property was also extremely close to the main train station, which was perfect for getting to the airport etc.

Disliked: They were VERY disorganized. There was only ever one receptionist and there were too many things going on for him/her to keep track of. Also, they gave us the wrong keys on several occasions, made me switch keys (and bed numbers) for no reason (but told me I could keep my bed and then gave the bed number of my bed to someone else who also had to switch beds because I was occupying the one they had the number for), and did not clean up vomit in a room for an entire night. My friend had to leave her room because someone was throwing up and the hostel just left the vomit there until the morning.
