Liked: I had a great time! The staff was really helpful, and they even did some updating while I was there, so there is a bar in the computer lounge (pretty cool). The location is great and I suggest you take the New Europe walking tours! For most of them a guide meets you right inside the lobby of the Hostel to bring you to the rest of the tour group! It's great.

Disliked: Honestly, the Hostel is great. I'm a pretty light sleeper and some nights it got a little noisy (especially with the snoring). The place is pretty hot too. Even with the windows open the room stayed warm. But the beds were comfortable, and after a long day of walking around you can fall right to sleep.

Liked: The hostel had a great location, the people at the desk were extremely friendly and helpful, and there was a bar downstairs.

Disliked: The only problems I had were that at one point 2 of the toilets were clogged in the women's bathroom. I'm not sure when they were dealt with. Also, there were some rowdy people staying there, but that's to be expected.

Liked: Very close to the station and easy to walk into the centre. Plenty of communal space in louges and bar.

Disliked: Squeaky beds in quite small rooms. Nowhere private to change after showering except the toilet cubicles. You have to leave your towel & clothes on a chair outside the shower.

Liked: Great location. Just a short stroll to the train station and city centre. Staff are friendly and the place is very clean.

Disliked: Breakfast was including in the price (not optional) but didn't offer much other than bread rolls. Also the bar was awfully quiet at night.

Liked: Nothing really.

Disliked: My room was right above the bar and it is quite loud unless the windows are closed. Many people were talking, etc. in the hallway when it was quite late at night so it was hard to sleep.

Liked: really good cheap bar, although we nearly didn't realise it was there!! (its in the basement)

Disliked: on our second night the entire corridor was full of school children (15-16 year olds) screaming / shouting which overshadowed the previously quiet night and the facilities etc

Liked: Very close to the train station and easy to find, although not as close to the heart of the city as has been suggested - about a 10 min walk to Marienplatz, but there's lots to see along the way and it's in a nice area. Beds and pillows are comfy with handy lockers underneath. The bar (and bartender) were great, we had lots of fun at happy hour! Lots of common space to relax, very clean and modern.

Disliked: It's been said many times before, but this hostel was so loud. I don't know if it's because they attract a younger and more inconsiderate crowd or because the walls are thin and doors slam easily, but we were woken up many times at night and in the morning. Also, the washing machine left my clothes dripping wet so I had to send them through the dryer 3 times, but the staff were very understanding and gave me money for the dryer.

Liked: It was very convenient. Had a great vibe and the free breakfast was a definite plus.

Disliked: As is sometimes the case with hostels, we had a smelly guest in our room which made things difficult. But all in all it was a good stay.

Liked: The Location is awesome... literally right next to the train station. The bar in the basement is a really good time and the breakfast in the morning is really good as well.

Disliked: The cleanliness could have been better, but other than that no complaints!

Liked: it was quite heart of the city, very clean, and there's a nice breakfast which most of the others don't provide included in the accomodation price.

Disliked: there was a huge time gap between check in (3pm) and check out times (10am).

Disliked: very unsafe luggage rooms. wifi never worked. all staff were illinformed of property facts. no toilet paper or towels in bathroom.

Disliked: Too little indoor activities. Staff is always busy. Room doors are bad.

Liked: room was clean, great location right by the train station, great under-bed lockers, loved the free breakfast (with amazing fresh yogurt!), free wifi
