Liked: Good location.

Disliked: Metal corridor,railings & staircases outside room windows even on the 4th floor. Loud talking among beer drinking youths can be heard all night outside room windows with beer bottles strewn all over corridor floor.

Liked: This was easy to find even if your first time is in the dark. Its cleanish and the staff were nice.

Disliked: The beds were foam, but very hard! It was hot and our room window seemed to be across a small body shop that smelt of primer when you opened the window, we were also right about the smoking "beer garden" area. The bathrooms are shared with the whole floor and therefore got messy and dirty quite quickly.

Liked: Very clean, super friendly front desk staff, awesome breakfast. Maps given for free to you. Personal lamp for each bed too! 1-2 min walk to the metro and supermarket.

Disliked: If you're staying on the second floor, sometimes the bar could get a tad too loud. Not too many socket plugs, do bring a multi-plug along.

Liked: Young, fun atmosphere with lots of wonderful people and a helpful staff. Literally just around the corner from hbf train station and just a quick walk away from marienplatz.

Liked: It was so close to the trainstation so was a good stopping off point for traveling.

Disliked: It was a bit hard to find.

Liked: great hostel, very clean, nice atmosphere. lots of young people, so a bit of a party vibe if you are into that. good breakfast too.

Disliked: no kitchen was the only drawback

Liked: It has its own bar, and when we were there there was a really friendly guy serving, who let us drink our own bottle of wine without saying anything :) He also liked our taste in music! The beds are comfy and there's a great atmosphere, everyone was smiley. I wish we'd stayed there more than one night, we could've made some friends. The location is great, really easy to find from the train station and close to all the shops too.

Disliked: The showers were a bit awkward, had to put towel, clothes etc on a chair outside then quickly nip out when I needed them :/ But that was really only a small problem.

Liked: It´s a 5 minute walk from the train station and close to downtown Munich. They have a bar, free wifi, and breakfast. What more could I have wanted

Liked: Nice facilities. Nice bar with a decent happy hour. Great service.

Disliked: Wi-Fi was really unreliable during our stay, but we were only there one night and did eventually get on, so not all bad.

Liked: The new bar that they installed in the main floor as well as the newly renovated washrooms and bedrooms.

Disliked: It could be a bit loud at night but wear earplugs and you should be fine

Liked: Great hostel, favourite hostel of a 4 week trip. Had a great bar downstairs, good breakfast, safe and really close to the train station. We stayed in a 12 bed dorm, and met some great people. wished we'd stayed here longer!

Liked: Location,breakfast.

Disliked: No hooks for towels and clothes in the shower ,so you must leave it on the chair outside.There is no privacy.On our floor was just female bathroom,so my boyfriend had to go on the floor below.

Liked: Great location!

Disliked: It said twin, but it was 2 bunk beds in a tiny room, very awkward, but it didnt really affect the trip.

Liked: Great location and friendly staff.

Disliked: While we were in Munich there was a large music festival, and a concert was being held at the hostel. As a result, there was a lot of noise late at night and the bathrooms were a mess (shaving cream fight). But I doubt this is normal, and the live band was really good!
