Disliked: They were not very organized; I heard a few people had to switch rooms quite often even though they were staying for a while.

Liked: Location was excellent, especially when arriving on after a long train ride, arrived pretty much at the door (2-3 min walk) Breakfast was great and included in the price, wifi available, and the facilities provided more then sufficient.

Disliked: Not having a device to use the wifi, i had to instead make use of one of only two computers provided, and these cost money to use for a limited time.

Liked: Close to Haupbanhof Station; Large dining area and good breakfast. Close to a couple of nice restaurants.

Disliked: Elevator system (there are two lifts -one lift operates between two levels and the other lift operates for the remaining floors)

Liked: Great place to stay and excellent location. Two minutes walk from the central train station and 10 minutes walk from the hostel to the city centre. If you are arriving by the Munich airport it is a 40 minute train ride into the town centre costing roughly 10 Euros. Definately recommend the beer halls especially the Hof House. Wonderbar !!!!!

Liked: Perfect location right next to Hauptbahnhof, cheap, clean, friendly, great free breakfast, downstairs bar

Disliked: No free internet terminals (although ou were able to check sites like hostelbookers)

Disliked: The luggage room was accessible to everyone who wanted to use the key.

Liked: It is extremely convenient to get to as it is so close to the main train station--5 minute walk or less. Its location also makes it easy to get to all the main tourist attractions like Marien Platz, Oktoberfest grounds, and there are several famous biergartens close by as well. The staff all spoke English and they were very helpful and able to answer questions and give directions. The rooms were clean, and I'd say the staff did a good job of keeping the place clean. I stayed here during the Oktoberfest, so when I'd come home at night the place was trashed, but that was the fault of the drunk dickheads staying there, not the staff. It was new filth on top of cleanliness, if that makes sense. The staff always did a great job of cleaning things up very well the next day. I'm sure things would have been cleaner if it were not Oktoberfest time. All in all I would stay here again and I'd recommend it to others.

Disliked: Don't really have anything negative to say about the hostel. As mentioned above, anything negative that I experienced was due to some of the other guests not having any courtesy and making a mess and not picking up after themselves. But like I said, I was there at Oktoberfest so everyone in the place was pretty drunk by the end of the night.

Liked: Good staff, location, light and bright hostel with nice modern decor, has a nice feel. I would stay there again but i'd probably try to find somewhere better first

Disliked: The beds were really hard and the pillows cheap, flat and lumpy. considering you spend most of your time their asleep its kind of a pain. toilets would get pretty disgusting before they were cleaned, its very noisy, you can hear everything going on in the halls outside. the lockers slide under the bed so they are noisy to get out.

Liked: Very good location + facilities, staff very helpful, great bar and the free breakfast provided was excellent.

Disliked: Depending on room can be noisy at night and age demographic is low (although this was just before Oktoberfest).

Liked: Great atmosphere with two bars which serve food as well. Breakfast is included in the price. The location is excellent. Literally a stones throw from the central station, and just down the road from the biggest beer garden in the city! We liked it so much that we decided to try and book an extra night, but they were fully booked!

Disliked: You have to pay to use their computers although wifi is free. As a couple, we were a bit annoyed that the twin room was a bunk bed so we couldn't push them together (there weren't any double rooms).
