Liked: Staff verty helpful and friendly. Room service excellent and closeness to railway station a bonus. Breakfast also very good selection and plenty of it.

Liked: Great location; close to main trainstation. Very quiet street during the night. Easy to find and very helpful and friendly staff, especially Helen. Washroom facilities could be more clean and should have more hooks for towels/clothes.
