This German/ Canadian operated art nouveau building with great views over central Leipzig is totally new refurbished and lovely renovated. The guesthouse is easy accessible in only 8 min. from the main railway station by tram (lines 3 or 13 to station Volksgarten/Stadtarchiv). The entire city is easy accessible by tram which runs every 10 min.

The bedrooms are large and airy equipped with closets and double beds.

The rooms/apartments are equipped with satellite-TV (-Astra- BBC, CNN, CNBC skynews as well as Italian, Spanish, etc. channels) Some rooms have a huge couch that may be converted into a very comfortable double bed. A total of four persons may comfortably be accommodated per apartment. Extra beds can be added upon request.
The fully fitted kitchens on each level are equipped with coffee maker, toaster, cooker and refrigerator as well as standard facilities.
