Liked: the location is good,price is fair.

Disliked: most of guest are not staying in the original building,they will send you to the new one,and there's no internet access there.and there's no living room or a place you can sit.

Liked: Good location for day activities.

Disliked: Very loud at night/early morning, not that clean and inadequate number of toilets and showers for the amount of people staying.

Liked: good for one night run away, because is cheap.

Disliked: no coomon space very bad internet connection no info on location no breakfat and if you plan your own breakfast, forget about it, there is no kitchen you will be told to go and buy your own on a coffee shop

Liked: - no curfew - internet for free - very central, in the middle of the oldtown - the price was fair - check in/out -times

Disliked: - no possibility to cook for yourself ect.

Liked: Good restaurant next door. Availability of computer to guests.

Disliked: Fees for bed linens and towel (people do not like to be nickel and dimed to death).

Liked: It is in a great location; very easy to get to from the altstadt station without even knowing where I was going because it is just on the border of the main street.

Disliked: The bathrooms were a bit strange. I think there was only one toilet and it was downstairs but that could just be because the original tour of where things were was particularly brief and uninformative. There were, however, lots of showers. There is also no common room so I was only able to meet people in my room.

Liked: This was a quiet little place in Heidelberg, I only stayed one night but it was worthe the money. It's a lil older but it was clean. Heidelberg isnt a big party town so it was hard to meet people anywhere. The bar downstairs was cool and had pretty good food. Fleming, who checked me was very friendly although he was the only one of the staff in the bar that talked to me.

Liked: located in the old city centre, really convenient to get around the area, but it's sort of far from the hauptbahnhof.

Disliked: i stayed in a dorm, and there were only 2 power sockets, right beside the door to the dorm. it was inconvenient to charge my phone, ended up charging it in the bathroom.

Liked: the people there,and free breakfast,easy kitchen,the free cpu with WI-FI.it´s pretty good for travelers

Liked: The location was excellent, and the hostel guests got discounts at the restaurant.

Disliked: It wasn't a problem for me as I visited during low season, but it seemed like there was only 1 shower per floor. There also isn't a common room.

Liked: Food is good and in reasonable price for the hostel guests.Location is perfect!

Disliked: No kitchen facilities, for a hostel unacceptable! Small lockers and you have to pay 5 euros for them which you take back before you leave but if you leave like early in the morning you don't because they open at 11 am! So you have to give the key a night before. So for 1 night your valuables are..sleeping with you?!? Had to pass through a dormitory to get into my dormitory...weird and uncomfortable. Felt cold during night. No common room. Check out is just leaving the key in a letterbox when you go , no name or id taken for each traveller during check in, so if somebody steals everything from a dormitory and leaves early in the morning...has a new warddrobe!

Liked: it was right near the castle and new market street so it wasn't a far walk to anything.

Liked: Very convenient for sight-seeing, nightlife, etc. The special for hostel guests at the restaurant is a really good deal.

Disliked: Not really much of a common area... not much opportunity to interact with other hostel guests... plus, it gets loud at night from all the drunks on the street below.

Liked: This restaurant-bar-hostel not far from station, really good location, free laptop to borrow which is great, but it doesn't open till noon which might be difficult to travelers who want to drop their luggage first. The rooms are just next to the restaurant kitchen.

Disliked: Basically everything is self-served in this hostel. Bookers please beware that all the doors in the hostel are not working well, couple of times people got stuck inside the room and bathroom.

Liked: All in all it was very nice upstairs and the beds were minimal but comfy. And I would very much suggest this as a place to stay for a few nights. I loved that the showers had dividers (sometimes its a gym shower situation) and great water pressure and heat! Bring your own soaps and such.

Disliked: The front of the hostel is a cafe/bar so it's a little weird checking in. I double checked several times to make sure that it was the right place. They do have wireless internet but it is very weak so if you are going to be doing something that takes up a lot of bandwidth, I would suggest using the computers down stairs which are on a secure network.
