Liked: I stayed next to Drugstore - the room had really only minimal furniture (no bedside lamp, etc), but everything was very, very clean, and the bathroom was gleaming - there was even a bathtub! You're right in the heart of old town there, so nothing for people who can't take a little noise at late hours :)

Liked: If you can make it up the wonky staircase, whether it be the help of the friendly staff or on your own, you'll find yourself in a huge dorm room looking down onto cobblestone roads with good facilities, (including free internet)It was a good nights stay!

Liked: This was a great hostel! It is located right in the center of old town in a very picturesque building and neighborhood. Very easy to reach by bus from the train station and right next to the castle. The staff was helpful, they had a community computer in the restaurant that you could use and any of the people staying in the hostel could get a discounted menu of really tasty german food for only 6 euro. There were lots of bars, breweries and restaurants in walking distant and we met fun people to hang out with right away. The rooms were very spacious and clean, but get a bottom bunk, they are more comfy!

Liked: Clean and sober rooms. Nice showers/WC. Location is good for exploring Heidelberg, but bad for your sleep. Independent entrance connecting to a street.

Liked: Great cheap food, good location, great staff, but noisy as hell. Since there was no airflow in our room, we opened a window and we heard all the drunks walk by all night long. Other than that, no compaints.

Liked: The hostel is a part of a bar/restaurant next door, and the food there is absolutely amazing. Also, you get a discount for staying at the hostel. It was an average hostel, and the only annoying thing was having to share one bathroom for the entire floor. Other than that, I would highly recommend this place.
