Liked: Amazing place. Simple but beautiful hostel. Excellent location, Gino and the stuff were super friendly and helpful and the city is incredibly beautiful. I would not go anywhere else if I am lucky enough to return to Heidelberg.

Liked: I hear the dorm-style rooms aren't great, but the twin rooms were recently renovated and quite nice. The location is perfet and the main location has free internet! Plus, on arrival, the owner offered us free coffee or tea.

Liked: This Hostel was in a great location. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The hostel was not busy at the time of arrival and I had some friends coming in the day after me and I asked if they could stay in the same room. That was no problem at all.

Liked: The owner, Gino, was great as was his staff. The restaurant attached to the hostel had some phenomenal food. However, the best attribute this hostel had to offer was the location. a 10 minute walk up to the castle (better than paying to ride the tram up), a minute from the market square and another couple minutes to the old bridge, this hostel was close to a lot of the features Heidleberg had to offer.

Liked: close to bus stop, souvenir shop and the Heidelberg castle! they overbooked our beds but offered us some beer which I wanted to try! It's on the same street as where the shops and restaurants are!

Liked: The man who runs the hostel is top notch class. Some of his staff was sick and our room was ready a little late, so the man made sure that we were well accomodated in a mean time.

Liked: The location is quite good. The hostel is clean, located in the centre of Heidelberg, Oldtown. The staff, especially the boss Gino was not really interested to make our (6 person) stay comfortable. At first money - cash; no breakfast for the private twin (as he told before). Next time we choose the official Youth hostel.
