The hotel is perfect!The location is very good and really near to all the places more important to visite, just 10-15 min by feet! All the staff at reception is very very kind and you can feel at home! The rooms are very comfortable and very very clean!!! The breakfast is special!You can sure choose for it because it has an excellent value for money!

The staff is really very nice and helpful, the service was excellent. The only bothering thing is that the room smelt tobacco smoke quiet strongly..Otherwise it was clean and quiet.

Hello everyone, I would definetely like to share my views about spending a whole day and a night at Hotel Europa in Frankfurt am Main. After spending a hectic day in a strange country, you definetely seek for some peace of mind, some good rest and definetely not to forget a nice and peaceful atmosphere and environment. I am so glad that I could achieve all those things in one day by staying at the Europa Hotel. I would also like to congratulate the staff for their great service and friendly behaviour. Last but not the least, I would definetely recommend my other co- travellers to book your stay at Hotel Europa. Another best part of this hotel is that it is very near to the main station of the Frankfurt city.

Very warm welcome, staff (receptionist , breakfast service as well as cleaning staff) very friendly and helpful, very convenient breakfast hours, large choice of beverages, WLAN, reasonably priced minibar. The building is not very attractive but the service is excellent. Warmly recommended!

The staff, especially the manager, Malhar, were extremely helpful! He was very nice, and gave us lots of information and suggestions about places to visit. Our room, while small, was clean and the breakfast was nice.

Very friendly and helpful staff, perfect location, cheap drinks in the minibar, possibility to check-in from 9.00 am. The room itself was OK, expected a little bit more for the price, but was quite clean and had everything I wanted. The only disturbing thing was a bug I found next to the wardrobe, it looked like a huge, black cockroach and it run away from light and hid under the furniture. It could have entered through the window, which I kept open for a long time, since the room appeared to be clean and there was nothing it could feed on.

Cheap accommodation in the heart of Frankfurt's transport area just 5 minutes walk to the main rail station,trams and buses. The rooms are small but clean,there is a bar fridge with reasonable priced goods, there are also 2 mini markets that stay open until 1am minutes walk away and there are a range of eateries nearby, the hotel is good value for money

My boyfriend and I stayed at Hotel Europa at the beginning and end of our 5 week trip. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and had good variety. The rooms were clean, and as week discovered along our vacation, the bathroom at Hotel Europa was one of the cleaner and larger ones we had. Loved it, would definitely go back again!
