My mother and I stayed at this hostel for only 1 night unfortunately. I say unfortunately only because it was SO OUTSTANDING!!! We got in very late and had to leave very early for my mother's flight. The staff working the desk was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond any of my expectations!

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk, who spoke English well, and were patient and welcoming. We also appreciated having access to free internet in the lobby where we could also meet fellow travellors. The location right near the train station and also within easy walking distance to the downtown area was wonderful too.
