Lindsey WrightMy boyfriend and I stayed at Hotel Europa at the beginning and end of our 5 week trip. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and had good variety. The rooms were clean, and as week discovered along our vacation, the bathroom at Hotel Europa was one of the cleaner and larger ones we had. Loved it, would definitely go back again! |

Customer reviewHotel was fine but the desk mgr on the midnight shift had quite the attitude towards me at 6:30 in the morning near the end of his shift. All other staff were quite friendly and went out of their way to make my stay very comfortable. |

Customer reviewthis place had the friendliest staff! the rooms were clean, good breakfast. but most of all the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. the price was most reasonable for how nice this place is. i would seek this place out again in my future travels to frankfurt. i highly recommend staying at this hotel!! |

Customer reviewThe location was OK, everything else was below average. The hotel is on a main road. There is lots of traffic noise. All the single rooms are on the main road side. I couldn't open the windows because of the noise. The rooms were too hot and smelly and being unable to open windows because noise was very annoying. I couldn't sleep after 4 hours I went to bed. I wish I had never chosen that hotel. |

Siobhan Murphyvery easy to get to but the online directions are confusing - it's easier to follow the signs outside the train station. staff were helpful, breakfast included, and they looked after our bags for us after we checked out until we got our next train later that day. |
