Liked: great and friendly staff amazing music great prices for food and coffee nearby museums and cafe!!

Disliked: the beds need improvements pillows not so comforable!!my friend sank in the bed matress was that bad!!! please note down that there are some sex shops nearby which is not really a problem but for those that want to keep away!!!

Liked: Frankfurt hostel is located right outside the central train station. My favorite thing was their 3rd story balcony, very nice to people watch through-out the day. Breakfast was good and inculded in the price.

Liked: The location is great.

Disliked: I was assigned to the wrong room (mixed dorm) and it was totally rude that the staff come in the room at midnight while you were aslept and asked you to change to another room (female dorm) so that the mixed dorm can accommodated three other newcomers. Other than these kind of administrative problem, the hostel itself is acceptable.

Liked: Close to the main station. Good sized dorm, well equipped kitchen, good sized common/bar area, key cards to access rooms. Good showers in a big bathroom

Disliked: Only 2 bathrroms per floor of 30+ people always found yourself waiting for the bathroom. (Hostel sort it out) Close to what seems to be a seedy area of Frankfurt)

Liked: This was a great hostel to stay in. I had never stayed at a hostel before and this was my first day in Europe. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with ant questions regarding both the property AND the area around. I didn't know how to get to a specific place and one of the staff wrote everything down for me. The atmosphere, cleanliness, staff, and other guests made my stay a very positive experience. The location was also extremely convenient; right outside the main train station and it's super easy to find!

Disliked: I am completely happy with everyhibg at this hostel.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff, will try their best to be helpful! Great breakfast and easy to use kitchen and bar. Amazing location - literally walk out the central station and you are there! GREAT HOSTEL!!!

Liked: Location was great, loved the lounge atmosphere and the cheap beers/wine available. Really good breakfast options as well.

Disliked: It was loud (because it was directly outside of bars/train station) and the staff were not overly knowledgable or friendly when it came to suggesting sights or things to do. They seemed to be constantly understaffed for the number of backpackers trying to check in & out.

Liked: There was a great atmosphere in the hostel especially at night. The proximity to the station was great when you've got a heavy backpack. The internet was good too. The breakfast wasn't too bad but at times it was too busy to sit down straight away!

Disliked: The room was not overly clean. There were no duvet covers which was very unhygienic and most people were lying on the duvets. Our beds were stained with what looked like blood and they didn't appear to be changed between users! Be warned people are allowed to smoke in the common room which can be very unpleasant when eating! No lockers were provided within the room although there were some available upstairs, would prefer in the room.

Liked: Excellent location, great hearty breakfast, clean rooms, good security.

Disliked: Too many smokers in the common lounge area.

Liked: The free Wi-Fi was fantastic, although it was only available in the noisy reception area. The breakfast was also a treat and it couldn't have been any closer to the train station.

Disliked: The lack of lockers in dorms, although they're available near reception, and that there weren't more bathrooms available.

Disliked: The serious lack of bathrooms. Two WCs to a floor with at least 50 people is not enough

Disliked: The rooms were quite bare and the beds not exactly luxurious. The woman on reception was not very friendly.
