Liked: I would like to have a slightly more clean room (especially bathroom, water spilled on the floor when taking a shower!) with a better bed for the female dorm. I have scholiosis and were not able to sleep at all on the hard 2-storey beds, and lacked sleep. Also there was no air ventilation and as i opened the window the others closed it dueing the night. Otherwise visit was fine.

Liked: The entrance hall was impressive. Really funky lift. Free pasta party. Cheap bar. Really nice common room area with great atmosphere.

Liked: Can get crowded at check-in/bar as they are often run by the same person, but service was always very friendly. As a woman traveling solo, I felt safe even with the red light district only a few streets up. Will stay there again!

Liked: Very close to main railway station. Great breakfast. Clean rooms, and free sheets and towel.Located just at the beginning of the road, so you could ignore the fact that the area is shady.

Liked: the people were great and because its a little smaller the bar was small and you could interact with people really easily. staff were cool and helpful. it didn't say it was in red light district but it was so not even a problem at all!

Liked: It was a good value, and it was right across the street from the hopbahnhof (main train station) but Frankfurt is a sleazy city, and Frankfurt Hostel is located in the heart of it

Liked: We stayed for 3 nights in this hostel. The elevator is very small and we found out on the last night that the noise insulation isn't very good, thanks to one group of loud-speaking Spanish adults. Otherwise this hostel is an excellent choice: e.g. it is in the middle of Frankfurt, almost right in front of the railway station and they serve a very good breakfast.

Liked: This is a great place to meet new people, and you will never be alone. The only negative thing I can think of was the sheets, poor quality and not big enough for the bed, if you are sensetive, bring your own. If I go back to Frankfurt I will definitely stay here again.
